Worst experience ever. Please don't deal with these amateurs. There is much more experience dealerships around the corner.
I'm a fnb client for 25 years now, I became a private wealth client and has been ons the last 11 years. Last year I ended up having 4 major surgeries. Can't remember most of the year. I got an email that I've been handed over to a attorney. I went into my own branch to sort it out and they reply they can nothing for me I must contact this attorney. So I've spent my whole day by calling them, even logging a call back after a while. No one answered and I can't sort out my account as fnb just turns their back on their private clients. This is how fnb works. When you are a millionaire they offer you extremely high credit cards and loans. They keep calling so that you take this up even if I don't need it. I took a credit card for rainy days and so I had the worst year of my life due to health issues. They give a damn about me. You can't talk to anyone and they refuse to answer any emails. There were millions in my bank account and the moment I was not reachable they just handed me over and that it. With the attorney nobody answers,not with emails or phone. So my next step is to take this to the next bank to help me. My business runs high and I wanted to switch my business pos to fnb but I'm glad I didn't. Fnb you are south Africa's worst nightmare. I'll never go back. I'm not gonna waste my time to call anyone anymore. I'm just switching to a bank that needs clients like me who will help build they business. Fnb felt like family,but they give you credit and soothes you while you are a big client. The moment **** hits the fan they turned their backs on me.
I understand it's covid,but unfortunately I was admitted to life Eugene Marais hospital numerous times the last 6 years. There were plenty of insidence and it's shocking how they get away with it. First my son almost lost his arm due to nurses not checking up on him once after surgery. When they discovered something was wrong 3:00 in the morning it was to late. After days of watching him hour by hour he managed to pull through. I was undergoing major surgery and the medical staff did not order medication in time. Got out of theatre at 16:00. 23:00 that night I did not receive any pain relief and the nurse told me to call the surgeon as she couldn't find my prescription that already ordered at the pharmacy. First time in 6 hours when the took my vitals she asked if I feel ok and I replied no. It feels like I'm dying and I just couldn't fight anymore. She suspected that the BP machine was broken and went to get another one. The second time,this was after 23:00 she found that my BP was down to 73/41. I was 34 years old. They found my bag of medication in another ward and then all hell broke loose. They were running with me to icu as they thought I'll crash any moment. 21 June 2021 was worse than that,but I then already knew to take my own medication. After hours of begging I eventually took a tablet to just some relieve. When asking for help they just walk out and ignore they're patients. We had to help each other in the room and eventually the next morning after I was discharged I dressed myself packed my stuff and started to leave on my own as no one was planning on taking out my drains and iv. They then realized I will actually walk out and quickly called the pharmacy for my dressings. I had to teach the nurse how to apply the dressings. Waited 6 hours after I was discharged. This is some of the stuff that happened. It took me a week to recover from shock as it was horrendous how they just ignored us and keep on doing that. I will never use Eugene Marais and I'm planning on telling my surgeon to admit me t another hospital if I have to go into hospital again for a minor shoulder procedure.
I've baught a faulty Wahl clipper almost 6 months ago. Send it back and up untill now haven't received any feedback from them. They keep on telling me they will get back to me.
big scam. Do not choose the outomatic order as they will deduct money from your account before you know it. i tried to get in contact for a refund. its been 3 months now!!!!!!!!
Zestlife didn't cover any of my extended bills. You never get hold of anyone that can help you and medical bills was piling up. It's a waist of time and money..
