trying to get a new account through the app but ABSA wont allow me
We ordered a tracking device installation but the Durban offices have not contacted us in more than 6 months.
I was told to email to cancellations to cancel but I have had no feed back in days.
Please remove the debit order on my standard bank account as I have no funds in that account and I am not working. If you have any queries or you want to verify that its me then please call me as my new number.
I have waited over a month for cartrack to come and install the tracking device and I have not been called.
The chat bot Tobi is useless. I need to block and blacklist my phone. AI cannot replace subjective issues.

The chatbot does not help. I need to speak to a human regarding my account. i urgently need my debit order to be cancelled for the 25th of May. I also need to know if my sim card will still be active if i cancel the contract
Mydebits are on the 25th. There is no money in my account so paid my contract debit 2 days before via the Vodacom app but when I called to notify Vodacom I was told that I would be charged 100rand since debit order will bounce. Why cant they just remove the debit. What is the reason for extra charge. Why cant you listen to the situation and adapt according to how I want to pay
Booked a test drive at Havaal Shelly Beach on Monday for the drive to happen Friday. Arrived on Friday and I was taken to a new dealership where there was no car, went back to another dealership only to find the car the staff was looking for was at the dealership we just left
