I bought a car last year April. One they told me that it does not have a Ballon but a buy back option. Only to find that that buy back option is a Ballon. If I knew. Than I was not going to accept the deal. Secondly the car was due for a service in Feb 2025. I did send the car for service on the 5th of this month. But even after service the car still indicate it need a service. So I don't know whether to trust the car or them as they say imassges of service will eventually dissappear in two or more weeks eventually. I drove a BMW 320 before I never had such a thing. Again I had a punch the car did not indicate. Maybe it's me who have a problem.
I have made a claim with Miway insurance since December. But till today the claim has not been finalized. They are dogging me. The lady by the name Thokozile keeps on saying she is waiting for the assessor to finalize the claim. Last week after I have promised to report the matter with ombudsman she then call and ask if I could send the car to Autohail panelbeaters for assessment and till today I have not heard any response as to what is the problem and how they intend to do with my car
They did not deliver what I have ordered. I try calling them but the girl by the name Tha promised to ask the manager in charge to call me back. But he never did. Last time I placed an order with them at 18h00 , it was delivered round 20h00. And there was no apologies
I bought their 5G 4 weeks ago in March 2022. It did not work and I kept on phoning them about the problem.. they then did a sim swap which also had the same problem. I then call and cancel and ladywho help me promised that one from Rain customer service will call to confirm that it is indeed canceled. Till today they have not refunded me and no one answers their support line
I have received a massage informing me about the debit order of R89 from Epic 3 which I did not authorized and also know nothing about. I wish to find out who gave them excess into my bank account.
I put an order Milo Design last year in November 2017 , paid the full amount for the goods and they promised to deliver in 10 weeks . We are now in June 2018. The owner keeps on promising that they will be delivered. He promised to deliver on the 25th of May now it the 15 th of June 2018.
