Well let’s start from the start, it’s an online request for a quote on CCTC cameras which was not bad but then I asked ACE Christo and Sam to come out and verify so that there won’t be any hidden cost after they started. Christo came out and confirmed the quote is in order. I paid the 70% dep and all was ready for them to start. Christo came the following Tuesday because that was the only day the team and I was available (and they confirmed the Job will be completed) the team was dropped around 10 am (they were supposed to start early) I made a couple of request during the installation to the team like reroute cables going over the gutters and using pvc glands to seal the boxes but nothing was rectified. When the team was busy with the commissioning of the system the pvr started beeping, I then asked what I was the beeping seeing that the pvr was installed in my bedroom, the response was “its only during commissioning and it will be silent after they are done”. It never stopped beeping the first 2 night until I switched the system off. Second issue, during the quote phase I asked for the system to be connected to my smart tv (you guessed it after the installation I was told it was not part of the quote) So I had to approve the additional cost on the spot or they will leave it out. Sam sent me a voice note and a new invoice with the additional items and requested that I pay immediately before the team leave the site. I requested that I would like to test the system before paying but it was a story, I had to pay that evening after taking their word that they will come resolve the next day. As the team left I noticed that the on camera was off and not working and that the beeping sound was still there. I phoned and ACE stated they will come back the following day. To cut it short I had to fault find and get the camera working and the reason the pvr was giving the alarm was because the Hard drive was faulty. After multiple calls and messages ACE did not come through to replace the hard drive or commission the system. It was bad workmanship and very unprofessional from Sam and Chris. I eventually told them to shove the hard drive !! I would not recommend ACE or All Clear Enterprises for CCTV or any other work,
The worst harassment that one can experience from a call center. I have asked the staff and line managers to remove my number from their records, seeing that I NEVER had or WILL ever apply for a homechoice account. After the 11th attempt no luck and the support level from the call center staff is shocking. I have sent a mail to every email address that I could find on the web and I still get calls from homechoice. My advise do not support them, I cant even imagine what they are like when you have an account with them.
To the service team at Action Ford Krugersdorp Thank you for the great service and effort to assist when my Ford Ranger had a break down, my vehicle was repaired and returned within 3 days after it arrived !! Excellent service from the team !!
C Track - Probably the worst after sales service that you can expect from a company !!!!! They promise you the world before you sign the contract, after you signed you are on your own. C Track made me pay over a R1000 to transfer the devise from my old to my new vehicle. But since day one the unit has been faulty, almost 7 months later its still n F@#$##@ up !!!!! I receive multiple false impact and G force reading and then followed up with a ****ty automated response. I reported this about 10 - 15 times and 2-3 technicians later its still up to ****. If you are looking for a tracking device please consider someone else not - C track ...... not worth the cent or the hassle !!!!
I was in a process of renting a house from Finehome and from my side everything was paid which included the deposit and the first month’s rent.All was agreed to and planned to move in on Saturday the 23rd of February. On the 21st of February the estate agent messaged me and stated that there is a problem and the contractor has not even started with the internal painting of the house due to the Owner not paying them after this was confirmed before I signed the contract. The agent then informed me we could only gain access to the property on Tuesday the 25th of February. I then informed FineHome that this is not possible, I had prior arrangements with a moving company to collect the furniture (which I had to pay a deposit). I had multiple contractors that would install alarms and cameras. I informed FineHome prior to the agreement that I needed to move into the unit on the weekend of the 23rd of March. This was due to commitments I made with my current landlord and agency. Fine Home then informed me that I can move in without the paint ( which was not how they advertised the unit) or the contractors can paint around me and they will finish on Monday night. I then informed them that this will not be possible, due to medical reasons with my 10 month old baby and access to the property was restricted due to my wife and I both working full time. I then informed FineHome to cancel the contract, as this was out of my control and they informed me that the contract was signed and I have no right and that they will not pay back anything. So to date I have not moved in and I did not receive my money back (+-R24K). The service and professionalism that I received is by far the worst. The Rental manager does not have any people s****s and is not competent to handle issues like this. She confirmed that the property owner/ landlord lied about paying the contractor and yet I’m to blame. The same for the owner of FineHome, he did not even have the decency to phone me to discuss the situation, just a message on watsap to inform me that they refuse to pay back any of my money.
Hi All I had a funeral plan with Hollard insurance for myself , Dad and my Father in law. Unfortunately my Father died and my claim was rejected, the reason was my Dad passed away from an existing condition called GOUT .... Yes we all went ***** !!!!! about 3 months after my Dad passed the Ombudsman overturned the ruling of Hollard and the case was awarded in my favor, But during this time I canceled my policy seeing that it was a waste of money and that Hollard will never honor their claims. Hollard is still deducting my account every month. I have been trying to get through to someone that can assist but have not been successful. I have mails from the Customer centricity that they will call me regarding my debit order refund but this was on the 25th of June .... Trying to contact Hollard or asking for assistance is a waste of time and money!!!! I'll contact the bank and ask them to block Hollard from deducting anything and Ill open another case against them. Its a shame that these companies only care about our debit orders than the main reason we employ them !!!!!
Good day All Hollard Funeral plan …… its fake !!!!!!! This is to inform everyone about the Fake, Hollard Life / Funeral plan Hollard insurance is offering everyone labelled as a Funeral plan. I joined this policy in 2017 +- 11 months ago to assist with a funeral in a time of need, and seeing as a reputable company offered it called Hallard “Well that’s what I thought at the time). I joined as stated about 11 months ago and included my father and father in law in case something happened to them. Main reason is that the financial burden would fall onto me! Hollard terms and conditions was No medicals required!!!! Yes that is the big red flag that was supposed to warn me!!!! But I thought seeing it’s a funeral plan and Not Life insurance it will be legit and thought Hollard would honour a claim in a time of need seeing that they took the premiums on a monthly basis without any issues!!!!! Well sadly my father passed away in April 2018 due to natural caused (this is what the death certificate stated was the cause) and I started the claim process to assist with the Funeral cost...... It took almost 3 weeks to finalize with multiple emails and calls (not the 72 Hours pay out as advertised) Well the claim was finally rejected and the reason ...... wait for it ..... My father had an existing condition called Gout and this is what caused his death....... Seriously I tried to google this, I think my father is the first person in history that actually died of Gout!!!!!!! I mean *** !!!!!! I’m in the process of reporting Hollard to the Ombudsman and requested the recording where they told me that my claim is rejected due to the existing condition called GOUT ". When you call the Hollard call centre always informed you that you are being recorded, and this recording will always be available on request “but 3 weeks later and still no mail or response from Hollard. It just shows you the support and assistance you can expect from them in a time of need when you are dealing with a passing of a loved one!!!!! Really sad and unprofessional! I also requested for them to stop the policy until this matter was resolved but I was told “You can cancel the policy if you want to but they will not stop it!!!!! That means the waiting periods will have to start all over again….. maybe I will die of gout next…. Who knows!!!!!! This is the worst scam and service and to think it was from a reputable (well I thought) company called Hollard!!!!! Shocking !!! So please if you have any of their ****ty and **** policies you are better off stopping them and go to a reputable financial institute that will actually delivers in a time of need!!!! Not give a **** excuse like your father died of GOUT and your claim is rejected !!!!!!!
