I went onto this website and placed an order for a supporters shirt. I got an instant confirmation that my order had been received. I didnt start worrying until after the 2-3 business days that elapsed when it was promised to be delivered. I then went onto the website to track the order and phone someone to find out when it would be delivered and that is when I realised that there is no contact number. I left a message on the website and emailed the email address on website 3 times asking for an update. Unfortuantely there was no reply- This looks like a **** where you pay and dont receive your goods- BEWARE and dont do business with this website. Everything looks legit- even the shopify sponsors the website and is the payment gateway but your goods never arrive
I purchased a product from Amazon South Africa through a reseller named LMA Home. I placed order for a dinner set on Friday 15 Nov with a promise to deliver on Monday 18 Nov. On 18 Nov the delivery status said will be there by end of the day. I waited all day for this package to be delivered and it didn't arrive. I phoned Amazon and complained and they said it will be delivered by Thursday 21st now- this was from the supplier correspondance to Amazon. No-one apologised and there was no explanation as to why the delivery date was wrong. I waited again till Thursday the 21st. Still nothing. Then I got a message on Friday 22nd that my delivery had been lost. Still no apology from anyone. I contacted Amazon and asked for a refund and was told I needed to wait another 7 days for a refund to my credit card. So now I've waited a week for a product not to arrive and then I need to wait another week for a refund. This is such ******* service and disgusting customer service. I would give them a zero rating if I could and will not support Amazon SA anymore
I was a bit sceptical after reading all of the bad reviews on this website so I ordered 1 product (shoes) to see what the experience was like. I saw that people complained about sizes being wrong an also that some of the prducts were not new but used so I made sure I selected the right size. The order and payment of the order was seamless. I received an immediate response saying order was accepted and when to expect the delivery. I received an sms from the transporter saying that it had left the Jhb warehouse and was en route to Cape Town. I phoned the customer service department to follow up on my order and I found the staff very polite and helpful. The package arrived in Cape Town and I got an sms to say it would be delivered the next day before 5pm. Unfortunately this is where the experience fell short and it wasn't Myrunway's fault- it was the couriers fault (UTI/DSV). I waited at home the entire day for the package to come and even phoned DSV twice during the day towards the late afternoon to find out where my package was and they assured me it would be delivered before 5pm. Unfortunately it never came. The customer service of the courier company they use were extremely rude and messages are not passed onto their drivers. They will come when they arrive and there is no apology or communication if they don't arrive. It soured the whole experience because when the product arrived the next day it was in perfect condition and I was very happy with the condition and the right size was delivered. Unfortunately Myrunway was let down by their 3rd party courier who suck at customer service and lack of communication
I ordered with Bolt tonight. Ordered at 16h45 ans estimated time of delivery was 17h15. As ETA came and went there was no communication. So after 45 min i complained on the chat service. I spoke to Joe. Joe tried calling driver but nothing. After an hour of waiting i cancelled my delivery. Joe didnt even apologize for the inconvenience. He onky apologized after i said he hadnt apologized. I will not order from them again. Bad customer service and a bad taste left in my mouth
Wonderful service by Webuycars. I submitted my details on the website on the Saturday. Someone got back to me within an hour with an initial quote. It was a little low so I asked for a little more as I had done my research beforehand. They said that they needed to inspect the car. 2 days later Darryn from the Cape Town Southern Suburbs office came to inspect the car and take it for a test drive. He explained the process and said he would get back to me with a firm offer that very evening. Before 6pm I received a voice note explaining the offer. It was a fair offer and was a win win for both of us. I accepted. He asked me when I would like to sell it and I told him that Friday. On that date he arrived with the paperwork . He inspected the car again to make sure nothing had happened between the test drive and now. He then needed all the vehicle registration docs and promptly paid me within 5 minutes. The whole experience was great- great service with a smile. That's all you can ask for.
Fantastic service. Arrived on time, gave us quote. Assessed the situation. We accepted quote because it was market related compared to other quotes we had received. Once deposit was made Shawn made the appointment. He arrived on time. Very friendly and efficient. He finished entire job in under 3 hours. He was neat and tidied up after himself. He observed all Covid protocols. Couldn't be happier with service. Thank you
