I have takealot more but cause Takelot account is deleted , I cant use it. I have emailed them to activate but nothing, now they will keep charging me for something I cannot turn off myself cause of my account!
DON'T even THINK ABOUT THIS as your AGENT. They PAY VERY late, the tenant pays the last day of the month , its not the 5th and I still didnt get paid, they take a long time, Do you really want to manage your managing agent? Rather go for someone reliable , this is my regret and I trying to get out!

If you want your rezoning to take very long than definitely go with them. If you want your rezoning to be at a point it might be thrown out than go with them and waste your money. I have been with FNB for years have 2 home loans with them. I have an access account and they just deactivated my access on my bond without even a call. I normally like to add extra money into my home loan, this now avoids me adding extra money and I am talking to another bank to switch my home loans to go to the other bank cause this is uncalled for , especially when I never missed a payment and a good payer and have 2 home loans with them!
Bonitas took forever to pay my hospital claim and when they did , now there are differences between their statement and the hospital claim which my GAP cover cannot pay the GAP company that Bonitas deals with FYI. So my question is , what is really going on at Bonitas? How can my GAP have a problem to pay when Bonitas has the detailed hospital statement and it doesnot match , this is also the GAP company that they directly deal with. How many other GAP claims was done that this is incorrect, how do these 2 companies work? what processes are in place. I have all these questions.....
I wrote a review last month about Scorpion taking forever and still I feel like nothing is being done. How long do you take to resolve an issue. Does a letter of demand take a month and than another month for something else and another for something else. Customers please take note that if you want action on an urgent case DONT GO WITH SCORPION , YES FB , X , LINKEDIN please listen to me , This case is URGENT cause my kids can get hurt AGAIN and they taking forever, DO you really want to feel helpless , than go with SCORPION! Dont worry everyone that is following me, I will keep you updated:)
I am advising everyone dont go this route. Cause Scorpion takes forever for a lawyer to get back to you. I had an issue where the person that suppose to put tar did ground work and left , my small child even fell cause there is cerment there and hurt himself :(. We told the consultant it is a hazard, all you ever hear is a lawyer will get back to you. NO LAWYER CALLED. s SO dont go this route rather actually get a lawyer it will be done quicker and yes I will advise people on FB, X, Linkedin and my influencer Tik Tok account. IF you want results , DONT GO scorpion!
Listen to this. I am on Bonitas and had to pay my own child's hospital bill, now months later , every time I submit the statement they say the member number, practice number and date of hospital is missing. All are there! The consultants cant even read. My previous claim I had to take the consultant through what is what on the statement , THIS IS A JOKE! do you hire people that can read? I doubt it cause they dont even know what to do! Bonitas employees should work for the Government not private cause this does not look good on Bonitas!
I have been with Discovery for over 10 years and always paid on time but when it comes to them having to refund me , it takes months, time and airtime wasted on the phone with every department . Always stating I will be refunded in 3 days, 3 days go past, again , and again from May , I am still waiting. Nice customer service Discovery ,,,,,,,way to NOT go!
