If you want the worst possible service. Use momentum. I’ve been waiting for my funds to be transferred for a month past their SLA. They never reply or try to help. It’s the most painful experience working with them. Never, ever use this utterly useless company for anything.
Had some issues with multiple payments going off from a broken payment gateway. Was refunded and fixed very efficiently by Amanda - thank you.
The absolute worst ISP out there. And my complex refuses to change. No internet for 3 days now. The call Center doesn’t take calls, they do t call back. No email responses. They are absolutely ****. Don’t use them.
The absolute WORST ISP in South Africa. Not a week goes by without slow, intermittent speeds. And they have the audacity to hike their prices. Pity my complex is bound to them. I would not recommend if you have the choice.
Judith stole my money. We had a group with asthmatic individuals who could not make the walk up the dune slope. Asked for a refund. No response, complete ignorance from their side. There is no policy on the website talking about refunds, and no up front enquiry from their side around individuals and their health conditions. Will take legal action.
