I do t understand why I’m going through so much data on MTN when I’m connected to WiFi almost always? I have to buy data multiple times a day??? Please sort this out or I will move network providers at the end of my contract!
I have spent the last few months trying to book my service, I have sent multiple service enquiries and tried phoning multiple time (They usually don't answer or hang up) I needed to book my car in for its service months ago and now have missed my service window and still cannot get hold of Kia for this! This is unacceptable as I already now know you will tell me my plan won't cover my service because of the window period.
So happy with the work on my office blinds from the décor connection, and absolutely loved dealing with the team - super friendly and efficient.
Absolutely disgusted by MTN once again, I upgraded my contract and made arrangements to have my new device delivered, it has been over a month now and the issues between DSV and MTN has led to me still not having my delivery, MTN also does not provide feedback no matter how many emails you send or how many times you try to call! Disgusted in this behaviour
I am so fed up with Telkom! I closed my account in August 2020. I paid in full up until 31 December 2020 , you handed me over to a lawyer for collection and when i forwarded my cancellation to him he said that as i had cancelled in writing and have proof of this then there are no funds due by me and that Telkom owes me a refund. Instead I keep getting harassed my different lawyers and collection companies threatening to black list me for an account that is closed? My cancellation details are as follows: * Cancellation Order Number: 249457164A * Your Request to Cancel: DSL and DATA only * Service Number/s: 0118120602 DSL only / TIN3226282 * Cancellation Effective Date: 21/08/2020 * Order backdated: 21/07/2020 If this is not sorted out asap I will be suing Telkon for Harassment, deformation of character and emotional distress. I’m an so tired of this battle and would like it sorted out asap.
Absolutely appalled by the service, we havnt had WiFi for going on 2 months now and Mweb doesn't reposnf to quieres or let me get through telephonically! But yet you're so fast to debit my account for a service I havnt had!
I recently opened a bank account with FNB, without my permission they arranged with my place of employment to have my salary deposited into the new account, I didn't even have a card yet, (It took almost a month to receive my bank card) how did they expect me to use my money when I had no access to it? I ended up having to immediately transfer money into my other account which cost R45 per transaction! But I had no choice because I have bills to pay. Then the lady who helped me switch didn't explain that it takes more than 2 months for my debit orders to switch (she was too busy asking me if my parents were drunk when they named me) so that has *****ed with my credit a lot! Now to top it all off, my bank card got swallowed at an ATM (do you know how difficult it is to speak to a human on those FNB contact numbers) I managed to finally cancel my card, and now need to order a new card (So FNB can continue to mess me around) only for them to tell me I need to pay R140 for a new card? The way you guys eff me around I barely have any money left because I'm too busy paying for all of your peoples' incompetence!
