I ordered a puzzle by mistake (already bought it long ago) and without any further ado, Takealot took it back and immediately credited my account! Very grateful and impresssed.
I have been saving up loyalty points with Mugg and Bean and decided to use them a while ago. There must have been a glitch somewhere in the process because they just vanished during the process. I spoke to the manager on duty that day and he asked if he could keep my slip and call me on the Monday after speaking to head office. Nothing happened. I emailed head office and they asked for all my previous slips. Really!! On the Mugg and Bean app, all my points show. And they could not or would not help me.
I have recently switched to Sage Business Cloud Accounting and I called in for an issue I needed assistance with. I got through to someone and she requested that share my screen so she could see what was happening. I did the request and she asked me to hold on. 9 minutes later I am still holding on with no further interaction. I am a paid up client which includes support. She has all my details and they do not believe in calling back if you can no longer hold on. Very disappointing.
I placed an order to be delivered on 26 July. Did not arrive. Cancelled it and asked for a refund. Phone numerous times. Case will be escalated. Now 8th August - no response. My order still showing as out for delivery on their website. They have now ****** my money! BEWARE OF MAKRO ONLINE!!!!!
If I could give no stars, I would. Their deliver service is totally unreliable and their communication is just as bad.
I have recently moved my medication to the Old Farm branch in Faerie Glen and it is so good to be able to actually TALK to the folk there!! They have a WhatsApp where they respond and their service is great!!!
I have been trying for a week now to get an ABSA Business Credit Card. I have phoned numerous times and emailed the departments I have been told on the phone and they don't even read my emails correctly or do not respond. It is very frustrating.
I have now just received my second order with incorrect goods sent. And both times the item sent was a cheaper option! Totally unacceptable!!
And here I am again. This time Capitec Business has taken a payment I made on Friday and the recipient (my employee) did not receive his wages. Capitec Business sent me a confirmation of payment. They told me they knew about the problem and have escalated the matter. Escalation at Capitec Business means they are going to ignore your issue. I have been through many escalations before.
The division that took over Tidy Files at CTP is making such a mess of things. Twice now I have asked them to check stock and they assure me they have stock and then it does not get delivered because they do not process the order when you place it and by the time they get to your order there is no stock. And they never let you know what is going on!!
