I ordered a Runx intake on 25th February 2026. The website clearly displayed "IN STOCK" — that's the ONLY reason I placed the order. I expected delivery within a few days like any normal online purchase.Days pass. Nothing.No dispatch notification. No tracking number. No email. Complete silence.I had to chase THEM for an update. Their response? "We're waiting for the part from the supplier because it's not in stock." Excuse me? So your website ****. The part was NEVER in stock.

On the 19th Nov, I submitted a claim through the Auto & General app, which was quick and easy to use. Uploading photos of my cracked windscreen was seamless, and the claim was promptly sent to Glasfit. I was pleasantly surprised by how efficiently the process was handled. Great service!
On 19th November, I spoke to Nonhlanhla from the Glasfit branch in Bryanston. She helped me book an installation and order my windscreen, which was ready by 14h00. We scheduled the installation for the next day. Today, two technicians arrived and replaced the windscreen quickly and professionally. Excellent service
