I have paid up my Cell C account in July 2025. I received a settlement amount from the attorneys Shapiro Shaik Defries and paid the full amount. Ever since the payment has been made the attorneys provided confirmation that they paid Cell C. I have not received my settlement letter and my ITC still shows the outstanding amount which is now affecting my credit score. I went to the Cell C branch in Cresta more than a month ago and the lady sent all the proof to head office but nothin has changed. She requests feedback every second day but does not receive a response. I want Cell C to rectify my account and inform the credit bereau's immediately so that my ITC can be rectified and my credit score can be rectified. How difficult is it to provide a settlement letter?

I attended the Go Ortus presentation at the Apollo Hotel in Randburg on Tuesday 28/05/2024. Over the phone, they tell you you get a free holiday weekend voucher just for attending the presentation. At the presentation they promote their travel app and promise passive income (pyramid scheme) and want you to join. Luckily I did not have money to join. At the presentation the presenter Corrie, also tells you you get the free weekend voucher and you contact Go Options to book your weekend. When you go home you receive the voucher. When I read the voucher it stated that you can only redeem the $200 voucher in $20 increments. I contacted Go Options and they said the same thing. They only give you this discount per booking, which is about R371.00. They only tell you that you need to provide proof that the voucher was given as a free weekend. Which no one thinks of recording the presentation or recording what is being said, Just be aware of these ****s. Do not sign up and don't waste your petrol and time.

Hy het goeie stellings gemaak en ook stellings gemaak waarmee ek geen fout kon vind nie. Hy is intoesiasties, het kennis, en meer as dit, hy gee eintlik om vir die klient en het moeite gedoen. Virseker kan dalk werk aan die verlaging van die bybetaling want dit is hoog teen ander versekerings maatskappye, maar ek het die polis uitgeneem omdat Brandon 'n indruk op my gemaak het en nie die produk nie. I bought a vehicle through Optimal Auto and Planet 42. They capitalize on you poor ITC score. 2020 and 2021 has influenced a lot of people and these people will suck you dry as well. They say the vehicle goes through a roadworthy test and that you get roadside assistance as well as a warrantee, Let me tell you something. Optimal Auto only fixes what is covered in the warrentee. They don't fix the rest. I had the vehicle for a week and saw an oil leak on the clutch - it is not covered by the warrantee. Within a month the lock and barrel broke and I could not open the car. Optimal Auto said it is not their problem because the lock worked when I got the car. I phoned the roadside assistance for a locksmith - apparently they don't pay if the keys are not in the car. A month later the water pipe broke. ..... Planet 42 quoted for monthly payment of R5000 but when I fetched the car it was R5800. Already too much for the piece of **** they sold. Apparently they work the premium according to affordability - which means for the areas of the contract you can't afford anything else. After a 3 year contract you would have been able to purchase a brand new vehicle. They are a bunch of sharks and the dealership is just as bad. I hope they close down shortly and get whatever they dish to their clients.
I have received repulsive service from FNB. FNB is the only bank where a person can withdraw money from Paypal. I have read on the internet what I should do, to link my account with FNB to actually withdraw the money from Paypal. According to the information,I should register an online banking account with FNB as a non-customer. Which I did. Then I received a message that I should go inside the bank to get the profile sorted. Which I did, this morning. The arrogant idiot at the door at the FNB branch at President Hyper, did not even allow me inside the bank. He said that FNB does not deal with Paypal accounts. Which is a blatant lie. I told him that on the internet banking app it stated that I had to go inside the bank. He refused to assist me and he did not even want to accompany me to the internet banking facility so that I could show him the information. He gave me a number to contact: 087 572 9725. PAypal services. When I got home, I called the number and guess what: NO ANSWER. Electronic prompts. I followed the prompts and guess what? I need to register online banking account. Guess what? I have to go into the branch. And guess what? The idiot at the door is not going to assist me. Can someone help me to sort out this mess? I do not have money due to the lockdown and the only money I have it the donation I received through Paypal. So FNB, you have definitely confirmed why I am not banking with such an idiotic bank, due to the staff's incompetence and lack of service, but now i have no choice and I have to deal with you. So can I have my money that rightfully belongs to me? Each minute you waste, you waste my money because PAypal is linked to the currency of the day and I am losing money.

1 Star is too much They don't respond to emails on the support email, accounts email or help email. They incorrectly deducted R2500 from my account within 2 weeks of me joining them on the 6 month free data contract. They sent the invoice on the 25th of May and deducted the money the same day. It took them 2 weeks to rectify the account. When I received the new invoice for R201 they didn't deduct the debit order from the account, within 3 days they suspended my account. I sent emails and phoned but they but me on hold, taking all my airtime. They don't consider the fact that i work from home and cannot work without data or making phone calls. It cost me a fortune to load vodacom airtime and data, just to get the problem solved. They still have not contacted me. I made the payment and they have not activated the account.
