This is my final attempt at reaching out to Telkom before I take this to Ombudsman. I called Telkom on 28 June 2022 regarding my refund request of R379.00. I have spoken to 5 consultants in a space of one month and none of them have helped. I spoke to one consultant who provided me with an email address but she doesn't respond to my emails with a case number. I had been with Telkom for over 4 years and I am extremely appalled by this service.
I canceled my subscription with Rain on 20 April 2022, yet I'm still debited from my account!!! What makes it even more frustrating is that you do not have emails that attend to customer enquiries. All the emails I've used keep bouncing back as failed. RETURN MY MONEY BACK TO MY ACCOUNT!!!
I've never received such an appalling service my life. The receptionist is so rude and condescending. She did not want to listen my request and further told me that I'm wasting her time. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone!!
Ordered hair on 6 July, and only received it on 23 July after I had been told that it would arrive within 3 - 5 business days. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed it was not the length I had requested. I contacted them on Facebook where they gave me the run-around for almost two days even when I told them that I want my money back. Their alternative is to keep this horrible hair, or ship it back which amounts to same money you used to buy the hair. Please do not buy from these people, you will be wasting your money.
Worst experience I've ever had in my life. I called in January to put notice on a contract that ended in April. They are still debittng money from my account and their excuse is that my contract went into the lockdown period. I am disgusted and disappointed by Planet Fitness and I will never do business with them again!!! Definitely would not recommend this gym to anyone.
