Homechoice do not validate accounts and one was *****ulently opened in my name. They then trashed my credit record and after two years of asking them to fix this, it still reflects on my credit score. This is very poor reflection on this company
I have for at least 10 years paid for my subscription anually in order to gain the 1 month discount. I did this in March last year for the year to March 2020. I received a message that my account is monthly. After speaking to an accounts person who said she would email me, the service was turned on, then it was automatically turned off the next day. I drove to Randburg call centre - Was told it would escalated and given a reference no 7457251-i362. Again it remained on for one day. Please can you fix the account and credit me the time I have been off. An explanation would also be nice to have. Thanks
For many of us who had black friday deals from 2016, MTN offered a wide array of data/voice combinations to transfer to. I think given the special from 2 years ago it was unlikely that we would see such a good deal again but 20GB for R149 (plus some a/h data) is still a great deal. I would therefore like to thank MTN for the offer. I was assisted by a call centre person called Thandi and she even called a friend of mine to assist him to update his contract. Well done MTN!

Verified by MTN sim swap is a joke. As the end user I expect to validate a sim swap. MTN does this either via OTP if you have your old SIM or via EMail if it is lost. I lost mine so I got an email (Many actually as I have tried various times) All great except the link is invalid. Day 5 without a SIM card! SIM S/N ********** 301
