Shocking lack of service from Metrofibre. Don't use them. I have tried and tried to get hold of their technical department because my connection is so slow. Over 20 emails and four calls and they are just not interested in helping unless I apy one of Shocking service from Metrofibre. Don't use them. They send computer generated replies to emails and their technical department do not answer their phone. Twenty plus emails later and they want to charge me for their slow connection. Really poor service
Shocking inepitude, poorly trained agents,Even worse accounting services. Nobday knows what they're doing there. Countless phone calls to at least 20 agents, hours on the phone, several emails. 4 POP's and still they cut me off. Twice although `i had paid on 18 March. I went into their Randburg Centre to pay. They gave me a receipt. But not one agent could find my POP. Their agents are useless. Their HELP service is useless. I would never recommend DSTV to anyone. I would love to cancel it but unfortunately I want to watch sport. I hate DSTV
For 6 weeks now I have tried to deal with the dstv agents to solve a payment problem. I have spent hours on the phone, to no avail. They promise to phone me back but they never do. A promise means nothing to them. They are ***********, badly trained and the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Shocking service. I hate dealing with them.
Your salespeople are not trained in their product knowledge. They tell you anything to do the sale. i asked Bhekumuzi from Fourways Mall if he had an Ecoflow Pro 720wh Inverter. He said he had five. I told him to keep one for me. I went in and he said they were all sold. He lied and said there were two in the back but they had been sold. When I asked to see one he admitted they didn't have any. They never had any at all. I dealt with KK at Nicolway who assured me that two inverters had lithium batteries but when we checked they didn't. Please train your sales people and equip them with product knowledge. They also come across as indifferent, not friendly or helpful though KK was very nice. i don't want to deal with IC again.
Shadee Awnings are a bit shady. I asked for a quote to replace a small awning, just the fabric & the guy quoted me R3500. Extortionate. He just wasn't interested in such a small job. So the price was to put me off which obviously it did. He doesnt deserve any business
whilst the JSE has recouped by 48% since March 2020 and hit huge highs of over 67000 points this year, Citadels performance has been shocking. My funds have stagnated whilst most other asset management companies have recouped from the crash of March last year and have been doing really well. My advice; Do not invest with Citadel.
