Pathetic services provider
I'm so tired of dealing with such a ****py services provider, I'm trying to add my partners number to my data share which he has been activated for ages and now all of a sudden he is not activated and I am not able to activate it, what the hell is going on???

Hate MTN
Cannot believe the incompetence of MTN, I mean I upgraded and called the call centre to add on a 3gb ONCE OFF and was found three months later that the consultant had added it as a recurring bundle, now I am spending more than I was expected to and disgusted as I have been a client with mtn for years and this the thanks that i get, if you need to get hold of me you would need to call me on my prepaid number 0731464491 as you have suspended my account and I paid R1200 as well, please advise on the credit to my account.

Stealing money from clients
So I had an accident in December 2016 where I was rear ended and the back of my car was wreck, took it to Renew It to have it repaired and only to find when I got the car back, my rear bumper was still broken, I have run from Discovery to Renew It and both companies are pathetic, for about a month after I had been trying to figure out what to do and they both blamed me because they cannot do their jobs, now recently examining my car, the bumper has cracked even more and the part just next to it is RUSTING!!!! I have sent emails and got NO RESPONSE, this will be taken further to newspapers and attorneys, your insurance company just wants to rob people of their money

Pathetic service
So I contact Telkom to do a sim swap on my mothers behalf, and they advise me I’m unable to do it because I need her with me at the store. She is overseas??? What am I supposed to do???? Has anyone else had issues like this before??? It’s f@@king pathetic service from the biggest provider

Mtn steals money then suspends your line!!!!
So I’m on a debit order and apparently because I paid ONE month cash, they have suspended my account saying I am in 90 days arears ***????? I hate Mtn and wish I wasn’t their client

False advertising!!!!
False advertising, I go and sign up for a contract being advised that I can suspend AT ANY TIME!!!! Now going overseas and I’m told it’s not for the contract I signed????? Are you kidding me?????? And I must pay 3 months cancellation????? I do not think so!!!!!! And I was warned by you guys yet I gave you benefit of the doubt, how stupid was I???? I will never ever sign with them again!!!!
