I placed an order with Mattress Warehouse and heard nothing for four days. When I followed up, I was told the mattress was out of stock, the supplier was “closed for the year,” and the earliest availability would be January, yet the product was still listed as available online. They don't contact you, you have to chase them. I requested a refund and was told it would take 5–7 business days, despite them taking payment for an item they couldn’t supply. For context, I ordered from Bedworld instead, and they delivered the very next day. That’s what competent service looks like. This was a waste of time, unprofessional service and don't recommend
Pay for the subscription. Specifically chose items that could be delivered that day. It was not delivered that day, all items were split into three different deliveries which was a huge inconvenience. There's no way to contact them. The chat option is a chatbot. I've cancelled the subscription. There's also no actual delivery instructions area on the app. So can't explain to drivers what to do.
The website has a good variety but the delivery takes forever. It's extremely frustrating. The courier they use sends emails for delivery and doesn't deliver on the days they say they would and takes more than a week to actually deliver.
Selected Friday as delivery day. Or would have selected and paid for an earlier day. Showed would be delivered on the Friday. So I cancelled all. Meetings and errands for Friday.. Friday at 12pm. It changes to delivery before 7pm.. So now I cannot even make plans after 5pm while waiting all day. No correspondence on changes or possible changes.. Just shows on the app change in times. My entire day was gone.
Ordered 6 items. 5 were delivered. I emailed a query and received a mail from someone called celeste. After responding that my boxes weren't tampered yet, she didn't care to respond. There's otherwise no response. I haven't been credited or any communication received for a week.
I signed a month to month contract and requested for it to be cancelled. Adt fidelity based in midrand, sends back an auto response email and no other response. I have also been in contact with a consultant and there's been no help. The alarm has been deactivated completely for over a month..and they are still charging me.
Vodacom is *****ing from me. I have called customer care and they keep saying they will escalate it and nothing gets resolved. I upgraded. They didn't deliver the phone. Confirmed to cancel the contract. Never did. And they are now billing me for a contract and phone I have never received. They have even confirmed over the phone that the phone was not delivered. Now they are billing me for it.
Tried to upgrade through their online department. Did the entire process of my upgrade with someone called Dune N 001 from likeminds department.. He didn't put my order through. I called two weeks later. And they said it would be escalated and heard nothing. Called a week later.. The upgrade that I agreed to, no longer had stock of the item. Bad service, even worse follow up.
There was a query on a billing. Cell c has now taken twice the amount than they initially said they would. Instead of an additonal R500 which I reversed. They took R1000. On top of the initial R600 I paid when canceling the contract.
Stealing customers money again with bad service and incorrect information. I called twice to finally cancel my contract. I called a month before end. And was told I would not pay anything different or more and to call again at the end of the month to get the data I pay for, for the entire month. I called at the end of the month and this was confirmed. Now they want to charge another R1000 to cancel.
