Very disapointed with Vodacom
STOP BUYING SUMMER DEALS VODACOMIS ROBBBING US.....Option 1. 4GB R49, 2. 10GB R99, 3. 20GB R149.............I bought the second option R99 for 10GB now all of a sudden I get told that it is 5GB for day and 5GB for night.......then they should advertise correctly as I didn't want 5 and 5 the advert is for 10 VODACOM are becoming ******* I want my 4GB as I only received 6....again where is the 5 /5 it says 10GB on the deal.........

Shame on vodacom
I have been with vodacom for years never had any issues until now. On their summer deal there is a 10GB for 99r, don't buy it as it is a lie...you will only get 5GB, they say it supposed to be 5GB for the day and 5GB for the night. Now if I wanted night GB I would purchase it.......in other words they ****** me with 5GB......I wanted 10GB as sold on the deal offered.....

Very Disappointed
Credit card division has received all my proof of payments 16/10/2025 as requested ....I cannot see why I should call MBD to fix my Absa profile when I was asked to forward the POP's but still my profile has not been fixed everyone just wants to pass the buck on to the next person when are we as Absa staff going to take responsibility for our work and actually help our Clients, C-59501233 this is my case number and nobody has even attempted to assist it in a RED status and there is a SLA I am sure

Verry ****ed at MBD
I have paid up my debt with MBD but they haven't taken the DBT MGR of my profile since 5 June 2024 the people working there are rather playing around with peoples lives.....all they want is money just like the government.. I try calling their numbers to resole this but they don't answer these are the numbers 0115606199 / 0115065127, just pathetic......we need people that are willing to work that has empathy for the next person....I need assistance immediately.

This is a bad company they put the blame on MWEB for them not doing their work, we have been waiting for more than a month for our installation and nothing. Saying MWEB gave them the wrong order number (OVC-140624-00218435). Worst company. We need a new company to provide FIbre.

Very ****ed with Heynike attorneys
So I have been declined with my bond applications and now these attorneys are looking for r 15000 for timer wasted, how did I waste their time when I was clearly declined there is no sale even according to the signed document it is all about the sale again I was declined for a bond application. These lawyers are been ****** now and refusing to pay back the money, that we paid into their trust account pertaining to the sale.

DOWN...............WITH AVG APP very annoyed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I purchased this AVG APP as my phone has some Malware on it. I bought this AVG APP 26/05/2024 thinking it would fix my phone but my phone seems worse off since downloading this AVG APP, a consultant from AVG, Babitha Palani case # 21294822 sent an email wanting to assist but did not and never heard from him again. I have requested a REFUND on numerous occasions since the purchase and now no communication this is BAD service and they where quick to take my money so people do not download this AVG APP

Very Disappointed in Services rendered
I have purchased 2 smart watches from Statement Watches but one broke I sent it off and now I'm been ghosted no replies on the whats app number or email the watch was posted on the 20th March 2024 and the last response was the 26th saying the manager is not in to look at it. The watch was bought in Nov 2023 so it is still under warranty. The contact details should be updated so that clients can get a hold of someone in cases like mine as the whats app does not work as nobody responds to your messages.........I want a Refund if my watch cannot be fixed.......Very disappointed customer.

Very frustrated
This company is a ***** do not purchase anything from them they subscribe you to them without your knowledge and want to deduct money from your account every couple of days, be careful guys and then you cant even get a hold of them at help@theshockdeals.com
