Hi there Visited your Gateway branch, today 30/12/ 2025 at about 13:50looking for cooked for at the deli, which is located inside Woolworths the pie section, the lady was serving another customer but had to shout across at me that money and food don’t go together , I didn’t know what she meant but I informed her that I was getting the money ready to pay at the till to which she sarcastically responded by saying that’s not what we do here and I shouldn’t leave money on the counter, it’s embarrassing when customer service lack and discretion is sacrificed for bullish behaviour
Hello there Hope you are having a great time Been a loyal customer more than 8years , and my speciality is your ground coffee, with cold milk and honey. Usually about three to four cups per day over this period and yet today.and definitely cannot consume sugar for health reasons. Leah your fresh foods manager, decides today, that I will no longer get honey with my coffee. She confirms that honey has been removed from the coffee service. See attached Gloria Jean setup and they serve honey just like any other place I frequent. I’m now a loyal Gloria Jean customer , and not happy with the service from Checkers Ground coffee section , and the response for the Fresh foods manager who looked irritated at the request for honey.

I’m so lucky to be served by Checkers Gateway in the coffee and sandwiches area, the Lady who serves is , Thola, she knows my Oder through and through and serves me with a smile that keeps me coming back . My Oder is specific and requires honey as a sweetener and she ensures she’s well stocked and ready for me when I get there. I would ask if you can include Hazelnut in your coffee selection
Most interactions telephonically are rushed and that eventually results in misunderstandings and subsequent delays , infuriating both customer and consultant,calling Prome call centre really makes the experience pleasant and kind and I really appreciate the efficiency that’s added on top of the great service
