bad experience after my first claim, My claim was declined due to Lapa being closer than 1m to my house. My Lapa caught fire while I was busy making a fire in the fireplace. They stipulated that that I did not mention that I had a Lapa, I asked for the recording, and not only did I mention the Lapa, but I clearly stated that it was closer than a meter to the house. They then reviewed my claim and then declined it as the fireplace according to them were not maintained. It had a crack in the chimney that was hidden behind the grass. I made fire in the Lapa plenty of times and that crack must have happened due to tremors after I took out insurance. They also cancelled my insurance and refuse to refund my payment after my policy was cancelled. They also stated that they would not have accepted my claim even if I lost my whole house and everything in it.
They Packed and boxed my Items at an additional cost and when the items arrived at the destination it was 80% broken including the box clearly marked fragile. Their answer to my enquiry were a copy of their term and conditions. They do not accept responsibility. not even a refund on my account paid to have it delivered. Not acceptable.

I have been with Cartrack for a couple of years now. My first problem came when I was in an accident and with my car being at the panel beaters my battery went flat. I received my car back and after a couple of weeks tried to locate my car on the Cartract app. I then realized that my Cartrack was not working and they said that my tracker failed some time ago and needed to be replaced. I had to pay for a new device and this increased my monthly premium although it was their device that failed, I paid for several months for a device that was out of order as they could pinpoint the date the unit failed. I went on pension and arranged with Cartrack that I would not be receiving any income and to cancel my account till further notice. However, they kept on debiting my account after arrangement and I received one maybe two calls daily whereby I had to explain my situation over and over again and they said that they could see an arrangement was made. With all the debit orders made in this month alone, I am in debt for over R700 after I arranged with Cartrack. Cartrack, please come and remove your unit as your actions is totally unprofessional and I wish to cancel my contract
I worked on my car and accidentally left my inside light on. Cartrack contacted me the following day and stated that they had received a low-voltage signal from my car. Thank you Rotshidzwa Matshotshi from Cartrack for your friendly service. I put the Battery charger on. Cartrack saved me a lot of trouble by notifying me in time to rectify the problem.

Trying to phone listening to their promotions forever and every time after 5min + they cancel the call. I cannot afford to lose money on calls like this.
Vehicle Sensor went faulty for the past 265 days. I did test the sensor and the told me that my vehicle is in Welkom, although that was the last indication it received 265 days ago. I have being paying every month without they being able to track my vehicle.
