I called and my query was attended to and resolved at once, Remofilwe Bosman was the agent that assisted me.
A tracking device was installed in my car by Netstar on behalf of First For Women, I was transparent with the fact that I have a Tracking device with Cartrack but I was told that Netstar tracking device was a package that came with the business insurance from First For Women. A second tracking device was fitted in my car despite the fact that I had one already. Today, the 17th of October 2024 I canceled my car insurance with First For Women because I won't afford to pay the insurance anymore due to financial difficulties. My car insurance was successfully terminated and I was put through to Netstar for termination of the tracking device. I spoke to Solomon and he terminated the tracking device as per my request but told me that I have a 3 contract with Netstar and that I was liable for settlement amount which came as a shock to me because I have no business with Netstar, I never directly paid Netstar, it was paid by First For Women. I therefore expect Netstar tracking device to automatically be terminated when I cancel the car insurance because it was a package. How am I expected to pay the settlement amount if I cannot afford to pay insurance monthly premiums? Kindly review this matter and come to my aid.
I am a female bolt driver, I have been a driver for 2 months now. I'm friendly to the customers, I treat customers with respect as a result I always get compliments from customers, I'm writing this review because in the 2 months that I have been with Bolt I've been blocked 3 times already and I'm really frustrated. They always give me the same reason for blocking me, they say that I arrive at the customer's destination without the customer. I would probably understand their claim if a customer could complain about me but they compliment me instead and talking to Bolt help desk is like talking to a brick wall. I personally wouldn't bite the hand that feed me and I wish they could give us benefit of the doubt especially if their very customers are complimenting me on their reviews. They are helping us and we are also helping them but they are treating us like they are not benefiting from our contribution or our being part of this partnership. I depend on the money that I'm making through my partnership with them, thus money put food on my table and I would appreciate it if they could apply their mind before blocking us. I'm really frustrated and feel helpless because they never give valid reasons as to why they are blocking me. I know this review can make them block my account forever but I'm doing this because talking to them is fruitless.
Molantwa was very patient, helpful and very professional.
I was assisted by Itumeleng Maseko, she was helpful, friendly, patient and professional.
I would like to write a review about Cartrack. I was assisted by Kekantseng Phaedi, she was very friendly and professional. She is very pleasant and helped me on the spot, she also explained how the referrals work (when I refer someone to join Tracker) I'm very happy with how she handled my query and for going out of her way to still explain the referral process.
I had my engagement ring resized at Diamonds & Pearls Carnival Mall, they are cheap, very professional and friendly. I took it in on the 15th July 2019 and collected it the next day on the 16th July 2019, I am happy because my ring is now a perfect fit. It is very rare to find good service these days and I'm impressed by the service I got.
I'm the owner of 22401 Cloves Cres in Protea Glen, Extension 22 in Soweto. I am the first owner of this property, we were made to sign happy letters by Kiron Properties, I personally was desperate to have a house so I ignorantly signed the happy letter before determining whether I was happy or not. I only realized after occupying the property that it had so many things that I was unhappy about, it would have been fair if we were given at least 3 months after occupying the properties to determine if we were happy with the properties or not before being made to sign happy letters. There were cracks in the house, the walls were pealing off both inside and outside (they still are), they didn't use enough cement. On realizing that I wasn't happy I complained to the Jana, we exchanged emails back and forth. She sent his workers who were also incompetent and not qualified to patched the cracks. It still didn't but instead caused damage to my tiles that I had to put in with money from my pocket as I was not aware that we had to put the tiles or whatever kind of flooring we wanted from our pocket. WE ARE PAYING A LOT OF MONEY FOR LOW COST HOUSES, Hello Peter kindly intervene; help us fight for our rights We were taken advantage of, we are now stuck with monthly repayments that we can't afford. Thanking you in advance Tsametse Anna Ditira
