I have checked my account and have not received my reimbur*****t.... I EXPECT THE FULL REFUND OF MY ACCOUNT.... THIS IS PATHETIC
Hello. 4 months i took my car for a service. Over 2 months I noticed my car is very sluggish on hills so I took it to another mechanic to see wat is wrong He picked up that the plugs and filters had to be replaced. He had to re do the service. I asked Alphine Spares wasn't these changed when I brought my car in August. I was charged for a full service. Yusuf from Alphine then insisted that "I can see the air filter clearly in your photo, that’s not the air filter that was in your car when it was serviced, you can clearly see it was replaced" claiming that it's not the aur filter they put in. It's crazy since I was with my the new mechanic on Saturday at every step from the moment he stripped the car. I went with him and bought the parts and waitedi in his presence while he fixed my car... I can guarantee that I was not in their presence when Alphine Motors apparently serviced my car... which I am sure was not done... YET I WAS CHARGES OVER R 4000 FOR. Please assist me URGENTLY. HELLO. This has to be the worst service. I received a call about a month ago and the lady said that she will email me the cancellation forms and will process the cancellation. They will then refund my debit orders. I have neither received the cancellation forms nor my refunds.... I DEMAND THE FUNDS BACK NOW....
UTTERLY DISGUSTING I took a contract with blue label connect and requested a cancellation within a month due to the very poor quality phone. They collected the phone but I was still being debited....I have contacted them on numerous occasions to cancel the debit ordered refund my money... I was then emailed stating that I needed to pay a cancelation fee. I requested that the deduct the cancellation fee from the funds they owe me.... I have further requested that theh send me a copy of my contract...but haven't received anything.... I DEMAND THAT THEY PAY ME BACK . THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS AND DOWN RIGHT THEFT.......
Hello Peter, I had taken a cell phone contract with the company over 4 months ago, but returned returned the phone and requested the contract to be canceled because the phone Blade ZTE was very problematic. They collected the phone few weeks later, but I am still being debited for the contract. I have not retained phone and the sim...but without fail, the my account has been debited evert month since.... i have complained to the company directly and on 2 occassions, they requested my ID number, but til date nothing has been done. PLEASE ASSIST
UTTERLY DISGUSTING SERVICES. I HAD A MAIN AND DATA SIM WITH THEM THROUGH A COMPANY CALLED MONDO. IT WAS PERFECT UNTIL JANUARY WHEN THE 24 MONTHS CONTRACT WAS UP WITH MONDO. MY LAST DEBIT ORDERS WERE PROCESSED ON THE 30TH OF DECEMBER, BUT WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION OR ANYTHING ELSE I WAS FORWARDED A BILL OF OVER R 1500 FORM TELKOM. CONSIDERING THAT MY CONTRACT WAS FOR R 350.00 NPER MONTH, I SENT NUMEROUS QUERIES TO TELKOM, BY HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE YET. THE WHOLE OF JANUARY, MY SIM CARDS WERE DEACTIVATED, SO I SINCE CANCELLED THEM AND OPTED TO GO WITH PAY - AS-YOU - GO OPTIONS. I HAVE ONCE AGAIN SENT NUMEROUS CANCELLATION REQUESTS, BUT YET AGAIN. THE ACCOUNT AND DEBIT ORDERS ARE SHOWING ACTIVE, AND MY ACCOUNT WAS DEDUCTED IN FEB. I DEMAND TO KNOW FROM TELKOM... WHAT IS GOING ON... THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS
I write this with a very heavy heart. I ordered and paid for a couch set over three months ago, for a school that i am donating to, but the couch has STILL not been delivered. It utterly breaks my heart, that i chose Custom Couches to help me do something special for a well deserving, previously disadvantaged school, but here we are, being taken for a ride. The school and I have been patiently waiting for the delivery, and whenever i tried to contact Custom Couches, I have had not response or feedback from them. I went to their premises about a month ago, and Brad promised me that the couch will be delivered within the "next two weeks" but still no delivery???? PLEASE ADVISE... AS I AM AT WITS END NOW...
