Pathetic service and product
If I had the option, I would give 0 stars. The shoes cracked after only two weeks of purchase, which is completely unacceptable. I contacted your online support and it took a very long time to receive any response. When someone finally rep****, I was told a courier would collect the damaged shoes. It has now been a month and I am still waiting. No collection, no update, and no resolution. This level of product quality and customer service is extremely disappointing. I will be escalating this matter to the Consumer Ombudsman if it is not resolved immediately. Regards

Your service is pathetic 1. I logged 2 services with you no feedback received 2. I've given you a notice of cancelation a month ago but you still bill me? I'm fed up, perhaps ombudsman must give you a call on my behalf and then you'll pay me back all my premiums for past year where by you failed to provide service, neither you advised me on outcome of my service request A FULL 12 MONTHS OF ME PAYING YOUR PREMIUM BUT YOU NEVER EVEN BOTHER TO ASSIST, PERHAPS OMBUDSMAN WILL BRING MY 12 M PREMIUM BACK WHICH WERE PAID TO YOU.
