Racist owners, treating the dogs very badly. No way of speaking to non white clients. My dog is a super friendly dog but he cries the moment we walk in there. Owners treat non whites like absolute ****! I would not recommend their services to anyone!!
!Horrible experience!! Went there last weekend, waiter was extremely rude and wanted to overcharge us, then took the manager atleast an hour to avail himself to finally sort our problem out..Waiter then threatened saying we will not get a good service from them again..then again yesterday we went for breakfast, found hair in my food, manager only apologized after 30 minutes after the waitress took the food away and left us wondering what was going on, food came back, not up to standard and apology didn't even show much remorse, pathetic service ..wouldnt recommend going there again!
Ordered a non veg platter, I was disgusted because the prawns were still raw on the inside so it had this couchy taste and left a horrific after taste in my mouth. Also for the price it isnt worth it at all, my chicken pieces were burnt too so it really tasted awful..I'm not happy.
Chad Lewis really did an outstanding job, was really good being able to have a consultant understand how much my Bentley means to me! Chad really was quick and efficient and helped me and answered all my questions perfectly. I have no doubt about investing in my puppy's life now! Thank you so much Chad I hope your supervisor learns to spell your name correctly and you deserve a HUGE INCENTIVE. Well done and thank you yet again.
Absolutely horrible! The receptionist wasnt helpful at all! Her attitude stinks! She seemed racist because all the other guests were treated better! We didn't receive water so we literally had to drink water for the bathroom when I asked the receptionist she said that we only get on arrival (which we didn't) when I told her we didn't she made an issue about it literally almost everyone who works there had bad manners.. We received one soap and one towel yet we were a couple booking in. The staffs attitude was a joke! Cos if this is how they treat people they should rather effen close the ****** place down! No dustbins were supplied so we literally had to get a bag on our own to store our dirt. The pool was dirty. When I asked for a laundry bag it was another issue like what the hell! Plus when we checked in the receptionist told me rudely not to be loud.. As if we had any intentions on being loud.. I'm not happy at all really! Never coming back here again and I'll make sure that I broadcast what a bad service we recieved from these ****** low class people.
Virgin active gym is a great place but in the benoni branch there's a consultant by the name of Noni she's rude to the clients, and not helpful at all.. She would rather speak to other consultants or do her hair and make up in the bathroom then help clients.. She honestly gives the gym a bad name!
