I needed my parent's car to be moved from Cape Town to Johannesburg because they were relocating to be close to us. The service was excellent. I delivered and fetched the car myself to save costs and both sides were very courteous and professional. Tenashe was always helpful and patient when I made so many queries. I even had to change the delivery date last minute and it was no problem.
I have been trying to convert my contract, which has expired, to a prepaid. I have to get hold of retentions and MTN will not help me unless I call on the "contract phone". This is not possible because it is my son's phone who does not reside with me. They will not allow him to call because I own the contract. Basically, I have no choice but to carry on with the contract?? The branches will not help me.
This is not a reflection on the Estate Agent personally but on the company. I can never get through to the office (Alberton branch). The number is out of order or just rings. I have a great relationship with the agent but she is also having issues with the agency which now impacts on me. Desperately need to move to another agency.
I ordered an one day offer and payed as they had expect. Two weeks later they sent me an email saying the product was out of stock - why offer?? That I can live with but now they are asking for my banking details?! To refund me. I am certainly not giving them that, every sane person knows that sharing banking info over email is the first advice on “not what to do” in internet shopping. They are now ignoring my emails and have my money. Total scammers! Never buy from them, not worth the so called deals.

I reported my faulty ADSL line on the 15th May. I have since contacted the call center twice. I can give full marks to the online fault reporting and the call center but from there it is a bottomless pit. I was told a technician will get hold of me twice. I don't believe there are technicians out there! There is no use tracking my fault either through the call center or on line because the problem is with the technician. Telekom, you are only as strong as your weakest link and your technicians are letting you down. I rely on my line for work and have sacrificed 5 working days so far!
