Best Customer Service
I went to Cashbuild Evaton Mall and their service was astounding. The floor staff, the cashiers and manager all alike were very friendly and helpful. The Cashbuild Sebokeng should take notes from them because their service is terrible

Account closure
I have a Finchoice Mobimoney account which was I paid through the masterpass app. The account is paid in full and Finchoice is supposed to refund an overpayment of R1298 back to me and close the account, they have requested a proof of payment and I have sent it several times and every single time I am told it is not a valid proof. I want to close this account and be refunded I don't get what more I should do just to get my money back.

Poor service delivery
I have a contract of 36 months with Vimba Security Services. Their alarm always does not have a signal, they have sent a technician which I had to pay extra for and still the alarm its not working. They promised to replace it with a new one at no extra cost but failed to do so. I pay my monthly subscription with no fail and this is type of service I get? I'm tired of complaining and nothing happens.AR80489

No response from Onair tv
This company offers the worst customer service ever, I tried calling their accounts department several times but no answer but their sales department is able to answer calls but can't assist with accounts and even when the sales department puts calls through to accounts department still does not go through. I sent emails requesting my settlement balance still no response from them.

Wonderful service at Levai Mbatha Clinic
On the 11 July 2020 was admitted at Levai Mbatha clinic in Evaton for asthma attack around 1am, I would like to thank the doctor and the nurses for prompt service and warmth they showed me, its not very common to get such service at government institutes. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

Rude cashier
I went to Sebokeng Plaza Shoprite was assisted by Masenuku Lethae, she is rude, she does not greet clients, she snashes cards and cash out of clients hands, she throws other customer groceries on top of other customer groceries while they are still packing. She needs customer sercice training.
