Called to try and get myself removed. Got through to Smith and he was very hesitant to remove me, needed much information and wanted to first find out who the agent was that called me. Made me stay on the line until I received an email.
Cold call to try get me to change my insurance, the second I said I'm not interested, the agent put the phone down on me. How am I expected to trust this company with my insurance if they do not even have the courtesy to say goodbye.
Extremely rude call center agents! Cold called me, and started asking prying questions, the agent then went into their scripted monolog and the second I said I was happy with my current provider they put the phone down on me. I will never use this company! Shocking how you think thats a good experience for prospective new customers.
Rain has possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The hassles and frustration of dealing with such an incompetent company far out weigh any deal or advertised price that they may have. They are not even worth using as a backup internet solution.
