Good day, I am absolutely disgusted and disgruntled at the disregard from your receptionist SIZWE. Who does he think he is to turn my sickly mother away when she had such an inconvenient morning to reach Albert Luthuli Hospital this morning. She got there at 10 BECAUSE HER APPOINTMENT DATE IS TODAY!! Why did this *********** fool turn her away? If your motto is CARE IS YOUR PRIMARY CONCERN. What care do you have for a patient who needed to see her doctor at the Renal clinic if you turned her away?? It's not easy to get the hospital but she reached there. This is absolutely pathetic of your staff. She mentioned to SIZWE that she paid someone to transport her to the hospital and he just IGNORED that!!!! I am absolutely infuriated at this!! Joelene in Rheumatology clinic was equally shocked at this when my mother as she stated that she make a plan to accept people who even missed their dates. My mother even walked to the Renal clinic at 1h30, there were only 2 patients left. WHY WAS SHE TURNED AWAY WHEN SHE COULD HAVE BEEN SEEN IN THAT TIME?????? SIZWE I will not leave this matter be. SIZWE is not a doctor, who is he to tell a patient when they can or can't be seen? Don't give me nonsense about protocol and policies! She was there on the date of her appointment and to turn a sick patient away is utterly disgusting on your part. Now with all her pain and suffering she must wait for another day and go through this ordeal again?
What disgusting service from plaza milky Lane staff. Rolling their eyes whenever we went to enquire what happened to the cutlery or wrong order they gave us.

My mom has a policy with iwyze since November 2017. She changed her bank account in May and notified them the new details... Calls are recorded on her TrueCaller App. She had set fixed date for them to debit on 10th of every month. They fail to debit her account and call her to tell her that her policy has lapsed. They were expected to do a double debit on 5th June. But only debited for one. She then confirmed with them that debits will go out on 5th of every month. She ensured that she had sufficient funds in her account so what is the excuse? They don't debit and then lapse her policy. What kind of work ethic is this? I need someone to call her immediately to resolve this issue we are very unhappy with this kind of service and expect a full refund should this policy not be in good standing. **********
