Vefa Holdings advertises bedding on Facebook I placed an order via whats app on the 25th September 2021 and asked them for an invoice. The invoice has no information at all no address no company details and no banking details. I made the payment to the banking details provided and a few days the beading was delivered, everything crammed in to 3 bags but I was charged delivery fee for 7 items. The bedding that I received looked nothing like the beading in the adverti*****t pictures. Two of the quilt blankets were not even what I ordered they just gave me any 2. I order 4 king size comforters and I received duvet covers the duvet covers is for a double bed not a king size bed. I contacted them via whatsap to advise the order is incorrect and that I want to return the goods I was told the folowing: [16:07, 04/10/2021]: We did send right sizes if you not happy send back with your own cost [16:07, 04/10/2021]: Thank you [16:07, 04/10/2021]: Stop harrasing us [16:07, 04/10/2021]: Otherwise we have no choice to block you Moments latter I was blocked from whatsapp, I attempted calling him 3 times but no answer. My husband called the same number and got hold of the guy and the guy was very rude to him and put the phone down. I got numerous people to send messages on whatsapp and Facebook but they to got blocked. The bedding in the adds loo beautiful but what they send you is rubbish ! Rather go but your bedding somewhere else they are not reliable and very rude as a customer I have never been treated this bad, I offed to send the stuff back just for a refund and was blocked. I have no use for the bedding they sent me as do not own a double bed. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.
The KFC in Mulbarton always has problems never once did I visit the store & had a good experience. Yesterday when placing my order I was told they do not have cold drinks for the meals! I then requested them to remove the drinks from the price as I can not pay for something I do not receive, the lady tells me that can not be done. She then proceeds to change the order to individual items and the food ends up costing more than the initial order however; I proceed and accept the order. When receiving the order there were items missing 4x mash and gravy! every time we buy from there something is always missing from the order! The staff is rushing and they do not look at what they are doing they just do things for the sake of doing it. I have previously logged an complaint on KFC's website & to my surprise I NEVER received a email of any form of feedback complaining about the exact same KFC (Mulbarton) They always don't have items on the menu I think this KFC is poorly managed and I will never recommend it to anyone. It is pathetic that KFC does not have the decency to respond when a person complains... And this is now the last straw that I have to complain on Helopeter!! I hope this gets the attention it deserves. Susan
When I arrived to pick up the order that I placed telephonically @ the Spur in Fordsburg the food was COLD, when paying for the food they took so long to assist me! I paid and they gave me no reset for the purchases made. Thy only took the cash from me & left with the food. The bread that was given to us had green mould on it the chicken livers was a sample portion compared to what you will be served when sitting in. This is unacceptable as a paying customer I expect the same quality whether i am sitting down or taking a take away. We contacted the branch and spoke to the branch manager “Michael” & we were advised that I need to drive all the way back in order to return the food and once there they will decide if they will replace the meals. I need to travel 9km on who’s expense as they told me there is no driver available to bring the food to me. The order was X6 unreal breakfast with X2 add on portions of chicken livers, no slip provided. The branch manager “Michael” did not even have the decency to apologize to me for the situation at hand.
I made a booking with Lodge L’Veeze and had the most horrific experience ever in booking accommodation. Shortly after the booking was made I discovered that there property is situated in a un-safe area, I cancelled the booking immediately after making this discovery however; they refused to refund me 100% of the amount paid to the lodge. The booking and cancellation was done in a matter of hours after it was initially booked, I could not get hold of the owner, I was rather referred to her daughter for assistance. Who is arrogant and rude when in communication with me being the customer, I was accused of making statements and accusations by this women which I never made, all fabricated herself of course, where she herself only knows where she got the information from without hesitation in her request for me to retreat these statements……….. obviously which I could not do as I never made them in the first place. I kindly requested a full refund and was asked by the owners daughter: - “Did the airline refund u?” - “How do u kno its unsafe?” This is the worst service I have ever received from booking accommodation online! I do not recommend Lodge L’Veeze to anyone as the are unprofessional and unhelpful.
Siphewe from Cycle Lab Fourways is one the most help full person I have ever come across. He went out of his way to help me and my husband as if we were his only customers. He went the extra mile to find us something that was out of stock on the website & he personally delivered the goods to us within 24 hours without hesitating. He delivered 110% and exceeded my expectations on everything he said to us, and I will recommend him and Cycle Lab to everyone I know! He is excellent in every way service, friendliness, helpfulness and he is very professional in every way WOW Siphewe keep up the excellent work.
