No Interest in potential new clients
My Business partner and i visited the JETOUR showroom in Umhlanga, very excited to test drive the new JETOUR ODYESSY as we looking for a new company vehicle. our excitement ended as we entred the showroom. Many Sales people walking around, but for nraly one hour no warm reception or Good Day or anything. They just ignored us. No wonderful experience of the JETOUR Range nothing! Sadly we left disappointingly. Is this the new way of selling motor vehicles in South Africa, where sale people dont try and earn a commission or ? a big eye opener.

Extremely pleasing company to deal with
Extremely pleasing company to deal with. Was kept updated of each of the stages of our repair. Kary is a great asset to the company always smiling and very pleasant with all clients. Will have no hesitation to use them again or to recommend them to my family and friends

HORRID REAMENT FROM AON INSURANCE CO
Dealt with an inefficient person by name of Lucia and a less than professional assessment of the damage caused by an Electrical Power Surge and finally this unknown assessment committee. Please note of caution to all future people who are thinking of insuring their valuable stuff with AON- They do not stand by the Promise of them giving you peace of mind. This is the opposite-they find all reasons to turn down your claim.

Agoda.com Terrible service
Please be careful when making a booking in Agoda.com. They do not GIVE refunds. How ridiculous is that. You go to all the trouble to cancel your booking then don’t receive your money back. What’s worse is trying to get hold of them to discuss the matter.when you finally do get hold of someone’s They have foreigners who don’t speak English so no luck there. Please be careful yiu will lose your money and never hear from them again !!!

DISPPOINTING CHEMLAB INDUSTRIES
I purchased NANOWAVE masks and paid R85/each. Instead of delivering genuine Nano Wave masks I received some shrink wrapped knock off from Chemlab. I have written numerous emails complaining about this but its all fell on deaf ears and the company has not responded positively to date. I hate this because I have lost close to a R1000.

Bose SoundLink Mini Speaker
I purchased Bose Sound link mini bluetooth speaker at great expense. At first it worked fine but all of a sudden the red charging light keeps on blinking and I cannot turn on the speaker. Tried contacting Bose but have not received any reply or assistance to either fix up my speaker or replace it. I have been a HUGE Bose fan and got my entire home fitted out with a Bose sound system and numerous headphones etc. Now I really regret wasting money on this expensive speaker where a cheaper on would have sufficed
