I have a particular problem with my bond and I have called SBI now 5 times and each time I have had to hang on for at 15 minutes and each time I have been assured that the matter has been resolved. I received a phone call from SBI 5 minutes ago and the bond is in the wrong name!!!!! I would appreciate a phone call to resolve this matter from a manager. Thank you

I recently had my first vaccination at the Discovery building in Sandton. I cannot praise the way the entire process was handled. Professional, friendly & patient. I recently changed security company to SCP. It was one of the best decisions I have made. I find their service extremely professional and very personal. Their presence in my area, Albertville, is very evident and I am beginning to know the guards. They are big enough to respond immediately but not too big where one feels just like a number. I have tried 5 times over the past week to reach the now centralised customer care line at different times of day and I have never managed to get through. I have held on for an average of 20 minutes. Whereas Nedbank's help line always answers immediately. DISGRACEFUL considering the exhorbitant fees we pay!!!
