Jeans are ripping at he back pockets after less than a year, I've had PEP jeans last longer.

Money was payed out of MSA and my pocket instead of benefit, after "investigating" they agreed to refund it into the MSA on 27 April,nothing about my out of pocket expense, to date nothing has been refunded into the MSA as agreed and emails are completly ignored.
