No response from customer service, not receiving my refund for a faulty product. Also don't seem to refund delivery cost, so I've payed for admin. Cannot understand how they are linked to takealot which has excellent service.
I ordered items online, payed for delivery, 2 of the 3 items were broken, would not provide me with replacements and now I'm struggling to get a refund, one agent said I'd get refunded for the delivery other one does not. It's been 3 weeks and I don't have the items I wanted nor do I have my money. Their WhatsApp, call center, emails get no response. The chat function replies some times.
I've been with Webafrica since 2015, always paid and no I get treated like ****. Get ignored when asked to speak to a manager. They just changed my package without my consent, couldn't provide proof that I was informed of this, so just FYI here's your new bill. When asked to speak to a manager I got no reply and then my account got suspended because of R50. This is unacceptable to force someone into a higher package with no notice time, but I have to give 30 days notice for everything. And Orion Baaitjies, thank you for your uselessness.
I complained to the customer care department, about clementines with worms in them in May of this year. Below is the response a got, which is nice, but then I was promised a voucher a gesture of goodwill, to this day I've never received it, after following up numerous times. I'm so tired of Vodacom ripping everyone off, went on holiday, never activated roaming, had my phone on airplane mode for 99% of the time, however I get back in the country and approximately R400 airtime is gone! And I refuse to waste more money by contacting them. The usual daylight robbery.
