SuperSpar Eshowe, KZN. Rude cashiers who know nothing about customer service. They don't greet, no smiles, all they know how to say is "Plastic?" So Annoyed.
I would give them less but i cant unfortunately. Worst service ever. Theres always 1 or 2 tellers in the entire Post Office and they only certify 5 documents for you on demand. Imagine wanting to send applications immediately and being told that they can only certify 5 copies for you, imagine. Im so over that place. It should be closed forever. A rude lady at Scottsville PMB post office gave me the worst grief over the 5 copy certification thing that i told myself i would never set foot at the post office ever again.
Worst experience ever. I vowed to myself that I'll never go back there again and haven't been there in over a year, and i stay in Scottsville, imagine! I go to Hayfields now. The doctors are the worst, no customer service, and they sure do know how to make a person feel small. To top it all off, they give the lowest quality medication.
Bidvest McCarthy Toyota Pietermaritzburg has a really rude service advisor they call Spike. When i had a problem with my pre-owned warranty not wanting to keep their end of the contract, Spike told me there was nothing he could do to help and that i should go. He told me that im rude and even threw the contract i was trying to show him at me. Im never going back there again and im telling people never to go there, they should go to Durban instead. Spike should be fired as he was taking out his personal problems on a customer. Their disregard for customers is disgusting.
East Toyota Eshowe has the Rudest service advisors ever. They look down at their customers and it seems like the manager is their friend because with the conflicts ive had with the service advisors, the manager would tell me not to mind them. He should fire them. Because ive had many conflicts with them, ive been telling people not to go to East Toyota Eshowe and to go to Richards Bay or Empangeni instead.
I took out a Toyota Genuine Pre-Owned Warrany in July of 2017. Later that year (November) my car started having a problem with the fuel gauge. I took it to East Toyota Eshowe to get that checked out and repaired. I recieved the worst service from the service advisors there who really spoke badly towards me. Maybe it was becaise they saw a young child when they looked at me. They were extremely unprofessional. Toyota later declined my request to get my fuel gauge fixed and stated that they do not cover such in their contract with me even though the contract states that the fuel sensor is covered. In early 2018 i had a problem with my CV joints. I took the car to East Toyota Eshowe again and Toyota declined that too, stating that i had taken out a non-comprehensive contract with them. The strange part is that the contract clearly states that the CV joints are covered for R9500.. the contract with my name on it that was emailed to me by Toyota. Leonard Chokoe sent the contract via email to me. The worst part of this is that Toyota had the nerve to tell me that if to try to claim again for the CV joints, i would be charged R600 by East Toyota. Toyota is not keeping their end of the contract and ive been paying every month loyally since July 2017. Why is Toyota declining to fix everything stated in the contract. When i try to call they don't answer their phones. What must i do?
