In February 2025 I returned their router and cables after I was advised by their customer care when I requested to terminate their month on month contract.I called their support to confirm the cancellation,the consultant confirmed the cancellation but to my surprise they are still billing me for data that's not been used since Dec 2024 and they are threatening me with legal action
I bought 3 items to be delivered 18 days ago....they only delivered 2 out of the 3 items.When I try to follow up I'm being sent from pillar to post...I'm disappointed in their customer service
I made a settlement payment on the 26th but my account is still not updated.I follow up everyday and still have pending tickets that were opened last week already, of which one was closed withour being resolved #599824.I have confirmed with my bank that the money did go through to their account and I've provided Fasta team with proof of payment a multiple times.This is frustrated that a week later i still haven't had feedback as to what happened to my money.Everyday i am following up on their whatsapp chat and emails they keep promising to escalate to the Supervisor.No update has been given as to what happened to my money and why is the account not updated.This is disappointing and super frustrating.
I want to appreciate their technician Musa Mthembu based in their Newlands office-Durban, who after a 21 days struggle with both Mweb and Vumatel several technicians being unable to fix my connection,he came through to diagnose the fault and was able to get it fixed...really appreciate his expertise...hope his supervisor Thasveer gets to see this post and thank him for his dedication
Cashiers chatting amongst themselves while serving customers ...no greetings or acknowledgement of the customers in front of them.No wonder the outlet was empty.Theres also a staff member begging customers to give a positive rating...how when they don't practice good customer serviceπ³π³π³

After their installation their non-chalant consultant took 9 days to get the line activated.Had to email back and forth without getting assisted until I roped in her dept supervisor after which i was met up arrogance...super disappointed.
After their Fibre installation on behalf of Mweb who I signed up with,it took them 9 days to activate the line...super frustration to say the least.No communication as why the delay ,had to call both Mweb and Vumatel everyday to try and get the line activated.. super disappointed
