Was trying to purchase some clothing items from the CUM Cresta Branch 24 Feb 2024. Not only were the sales assistants more interested in having load conversations with each other and could not be bothered to assist, the load kwaito music wanted me to get out of the store as soon as possible. Come on guys, this is not how you welcome people into your store...
Despite cancelling my contract with Virgin Active and having written confirmation they continue to debit my account. No success with their national call centre, waiting in endless que to talk to someone. Avoid signing a membership with this company.. endless issues once you want to exit.
Slow service, cold food, flies bussing around uncleaned tables. This franchise used to be so well managed and a longstanding family favourite. Third time in a row now, the experience fell short of expectation.
Very Poor support from South African Offices - Receptionist blocking access to consultants by refusing to advise who to talk to about potential career opportunities. App**** online for role with no feedback or response from this company. Don't waste your time with Michael Page
I am utterly disappointment with the very poor service I received during the process of upgrading my Vodacom contract online. While upgrading both my daughters lines, and accepting the promotional offers advertised online - the one Iphone arrived Yesterday already but despite several calls and much frustration there is no news of the second phone. I get a different answer from a different person every time. Not to mention the very poor customer care orientation displayed and unprofessional conduct by everybody, the load background noise of people partying, launching and clearly not doing any work. For the past few months I have been harassed by people from Vodacom to upgrade my contracts and finally when I decide to do so online it is a disaster. I am without resolve and seem to just have to accept this service! If I had not been a customer of Vodacom since 1993 and if my number had not been with so many contacts around the world – I would seriously consider closing my account with Vodacom. Avoid Online upgrades!
Giant has been my brand of choice since my teens. Having recently replaced my Trance 2 after 11 years, with a new 2019 Fathom (up-spec), the decision was not easy given all the great products on the market these days. I reviewed several web-sites, watched hours of bike reviews and I finally decided to stick to what I know, moreover I had faith in Mikes Bikes (now Giant JHB). Much to my disappointment and after being assured that the Santour Axon fork would not disappoint, it started having issues after just 250km. Tom at Giant JHB he advised that the bushes on the fork seemed loose or worn as the fork had unusual movement. A week later, I had to follow up only to be told the fork needs to be sent to CT for inspection. I find this unacceptable, a brand new bike, Santours second best fork, I expect a replacement fork!
While on a business trip, Vodacom, for no reason placed a credit limit bar on my account, blocking me and my families mobile communication. Not only severely affecting and impacting my business trip, spending valuable time trying to sort the problem out, but also cutting communocation with my wife and children. My daughter having a line on my account, had no mobile communocation this past week, unable to communicate with my wife for school pick-up etc. I have been a Vodacom Customer for 25 years, opening my account with still the same number since then. I have an account with Vodacom, paying by monthly debit order. I have also not asked for a credit limit on my account as I manage my roaming carefully. Despite several e-mails, expensive Hotel telephone calls and my wife being driven to tears trying to assist while I am abroad, my line remains blocked, Vodacom seemingly incapable of resolving the issue. BE WARNED - VODACOM CAN WITHOUT WARNING BLOCK YOUR LINE, LEAVING YOU STRANDED, COMPROMISED AND UNSAFE.. However sad and complicated, I will move my business to another Mobile provided upon return to South Africa. Vodacom, you are an embarrasment to South Africa, your staff needs training, your systems and dealer network weak!
