Hertz is a great company to rent a car
I'd like to express my satisfaction with Hertz, I rented a car, the admin was seamless, their staff are friendly and the process was amazing. The deposit is quite high, but it took three days to return my deposit which is something I've never experienced with other companies.

AVIS is an absolute trash company
What a nightmare company to work with. Please save yourself stress and money because they a I booked a car under FNB travel from the 5th of September 2025 from Avis Down Town Cape Town and returned it on the 6th September 2025 at the Cape Town International airport. Today it's the 29th September 2025 I still don't have my deposit in my account after multiple calls with them. I've asked for a proof of payment and they cannot provide me with one. AVIS I WANT MY MONEY BACK PLEASE.

Discovery I want my money!!!!!
I always get poor service from Discovery. They took so long to process my refund and now I'm being penalized for a debit order that didn't go through. Your consultants punched in my account number incorrectly and now that is correct , I was debited twice for something that is not my fault. There was no communication or whatsoever about double debit . What is worse is, I cancelled my vitality in march after the trial but they went on and debited my account and when I explained, a rude lady by the name of Sibongile did not want to help me. Discovery is s****!!! honestly I am utterly disgusted .

Kia Sandton is the worst
Never take your car to Kia Sandton . I had the worst experience, I thought you supposed to trust your dealership with your car but u was clearly wrong . I took my cat in for service and THEY CHANGED MY FRONG WIPER BLADES AND GAVR ME OLD ONES . I know for a fact that they were still perfect when I took it in . I only realised after few days that they aren’t as good as they were before . The even have the worst staff full of attitude I’m so mad .

Cell c blocked my phone even when it’s paid up.
I have a contract with cell c which I have no desire to upgrade. They handed my account over to legal attorneys . 18 March 2020 I paid it off and got a paid up letter from the attorney. I’ve been calling cell c since 18 March to unblock my phone since it was blocked by a serial number . I make a call every three days promising me they will call me back to date I haven’t received any feedback. Apparently they are able to work from home but they can’t resolve my query . I’m sitting with a dead phone but it’s paid up .
