This company has lived up to everything it promised. Our little Jack Russell was poisoned just after we took out a policy with Dotsure and within 3 days we received a payment. Skye even got a get-well email from them. Just recently we had another visit to the vet and once again Dotsure trumped all expectations. My claim was acknowledged the day I sent it, confirmation of a payment was received that same day and 2 days later the money was in my account. If anyone is looking for a top class pet medical aid, this is one that should be high on your list. From the first contact my estimation has just gone up and up. Dotsure......you rock!
I placed an order for a straightening brush. Went to the site on Facebook after stupidly placing the order and it is full of complaints and people saying they have been struggling to contact this company. Tried to cancel the order using their email address info@daniakof.co.za but everything bounced back. Tried their Contact Form and absolutely no response. Today (24.2.2021) I get an email to say my order is on its way! A lady by the name of Krystle Stacey who has warned people not to order from this site. Seems that the purchases are not what people think they are and there have been cases of the item blew up 15 minutes into using it. It appears they have blocked people who have given them bad reviews and all round it seems there is a major issue with this company.
I dealt with Suraya Header and what a wonderful experience it was, from start to finish, in applying for my pet insurance. Suraya is extremely competent in her dealings and I would like to thank her for her for her patience and helpfulness. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for pet insurance as the rates are suited to all income groups.
I placed an order online with this company. This was around 4 September 2019. What is not clearly stated on their FaceBook page is that many of their items are not available in South Africa and that they need to import according to order requirements. On 19 September 2019 I sent an email expressing my disappointment in the lack of feedback for items that have been paid for and not delivered. On 20 September 2019 I received an email to advise that there were problems with deliveries in July/August but my order was not placed until 4 September 2019 so this did not affect me actually. On 3 October 2019, I sent a further email to find out what the progress was on my order and on Friday 4 October 2019 I was informed by Glynis that the order had been received and "they are busy processing and packing immediately, so you will receive your order in next week." We are now at Saturday 12 October 2019 and no order has been received. The occasion I had ordered the 2 items for has come and gone. Instead I had to go out and purchase a swimming costume when I had already paid for one.
I used this company to obtain a copy of my marriage certificate. Unfortunately, it was badly delayed by the Dept of Home Affairs (nearly 6 months!) but I was kept informed of the situation every step of the way. Once the certificate arrived at Bunny Hop Documents, they advised me and I asked them to courier the document to me. I made my payment on the night of the 10th April 2019 and on the 11th April 2019 it was with the courier and I had a tracking number. This service was amazing and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to pay a bit extra and take the hassle out of obtaining documentation and asking for help on visas. My thanks to Keshini Pillay
I had an issue with placing my Black Friday order. Sent off an email and got a response from Charlotte Ndlovu, Specialised Client Liaison. What an absolute pleasure. This lady had taken care of everything and my parcel is going to be on its way soon. I love the perfumes “Isabella” and “Maria” and have got such lovely compliments whenever I use them. This is my third dealing with this company and I have only compliments for them. I have had no issues whatsoever. Thank you again Charlotte for your assistance and I look forward to my beautiful perfumes arriving as one is a special gift.
My card was supposed to be delivered yesterday, 30 July 2018 as per an sms received. I had a call last week asking for the address the card was to be delivered to. At no time did I mention "Mountain Rise, Pmb". However, this was where the driver was and when I told him the direction to take he told me he only delivered in the Pmb area. Wartburg is NOT in Mountain Rise and is a town with postal code 3233. Last night I received an sms from the courier service to advise that I had been UNAVAILABLE for delivery and that "Delivery fees may apply". FNB need to find a service provider who is able to deliver on promises and with knowledge and know-how on how to get to areas. I am the third person in my office who has had exactly the same problem.
