Humble Harry's the disappointment and over priced
Just spent R150 ordering from this sh*tshow! The prices in no way not, even in a parallel universe are justified for what just got delivered. Photos sent to Mr Delivery The so called Apple crumble was basically loose oats a small corner of something desperately trying to hold itself together and I think that's an Apple chunk..I hope No gravy supplied as stated on their menu, the side order of cream spinach (R30) was in a small sauce pot To say disgusted is an understatement and I had restraint on the words I wanted to use. Get it together, shame on you Humble Harry's

Support is a dirty word
Ordered and selected cash. Driver had no change and asked if I could pay on next order. Which I tried to do but my account was not allowed to complete order thus include payment left by driver. Support is useless with generic responses and still has not addressed it. Out of frustration paid via card which inconvenient as cash was here! Step up Support

No Fibre clue
I have had a ticket logged for a month and get conflicting reports from them. Latest being its been closed and their supplier paid for job completion. Nothing was done, not even a phone call from Metro Fibre other than me phoning them! How can a company pay a supplier on heresay its all very suspicious and lends to their awful service delivery. Trust in Metro Fibre is seriously low

Nedbank is useless and thieves
Stole my money. Been mailing since the 16th Nov, numerous ref numbers. They keep sending same set of answers as a tactic for me to drop my case. Have been into a branch said it was fixed it wasn't still trying to get an answer of where my money is. As well as multiple people answer your mails so no one knows what is going on. Watch your money people Nedbank doesn't give a s$$t about you
