RIP-OFF FOR DUPLICATING Programs OVER and OVER
Dstv should be terminated permanently. They think all subscribers are idiots . All that subscribers are paying for is REPEATS , REPEATS, REPEATS AND MORE REPEATS. it is not worth the money to subscribe to watch the same programs over and over. The so called Movie channels are all stupid kids stuff NO PROPER ADULT MOVIES are available There is tons of so called Disney kids programs but yet DSTV OR MULTICHOICE TREATS ITS ADULT VIEWERS LIKE CHILDREN The Adults are paying to watch Children's programs. What a waste if money for ANY VIEWERS

FOOD INCREASES SOMETHING RIDICULOUS
The last 2 months I have monitored certain foods at Woolworths. I purchase my meat weekly . The increase in 1 of the meats blue my mind. Beef mince double pack : 2 x 500gr Mince Week 1 - R99 Week 2 - R129 Week 3 - R149 Week 4 - R179 The Increases was on a Weekly Basis. In one month we pay R80 more for the same Mince. And then when they see people are nit buying it they put it on "SPECIAL " and reduce the price to R159 I stopped buying from them its just ridiculous. Absolutely shocked by their attitude towards the people that keeps the doors open

Vehicle Vandalized in washbay after yearly service
My Vehicle Vandalized in washbay after my 15000km yearly Service . Fixed parts in the back window was ****** from my Starlet Cross while in the "washbay" of Toyota East Rand . The so called service manager wasn't even bothered. The client service is non existent non apologetic. If you ever want to buy anything from Toyota don't !!!!

VODACOM *****ING FROM MY DAUGHTERS BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT PERMISSION
After NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS AND ATTEMPTS TO STOP VODACOM FROM *******LY ACSESSING MY DAUGHTERS BANK ACCOUNT AFTER SHE PAID UP HER ACCOUNTS AND AFTER THEY OWED HER MONEY BACK WHICH THEY CREDITED AND THEN DEBITED STAIGHT AWAY. SHE STOPPED THEM FROM ACSESSING HER BANK ACCOUNT AND NOW THEY ARE THREATENING HER TO PAY THEM FOR SOMETHING SHE PAID UP AND CANCELLED. I WENT TO THE VODACOM SHOP IN THE EAST RAND MALL SEVERAL TIMES ABOUT THIS . MY DAUGHTER IMMEGRATED TO BELGIUM 3 YEARS AGO AND STILL THEY ARE *****ING FROM HER BANK ACCOUNT. THEY CANNOT EVEN TELL ME WHAT IT IS THAT SHE OWS MONEY ON . WE ARE LEFT WITH NO CHOICE BUT TO SEEK LEGAL ADVICE AND ACTION AND CLAIM BACK FROM THEM.

Good day, Between the 8th and 11 October 2024 me and my Daughter visited the Eastpoint Vodashop and spoke with Ruchane who was very helpful. My Daughter Charlene lives in Belgium and was here on a visit. She had 3 Accounts at Vodacom that was PAIDUP OVER ONE AND A HALF YEARS AGO BUT VODACOM KEPT TAKING MONEY FROM HER BANKACC BECAUSE THEY REFUSED TO ASSIST HER OVER THE PHONE TO CANCEL THE ACCOUNTS. Ruchane from Eastpoint gave us a no to call 0821958 as he could not assist my Daughter to close the Accounts WHEN SHE WAS IN THE SHOP !!!!????? From the 8th October to the 11th of October she phoned the 0821958 no and spoke with a gentleman who CONFIRMED THE 3 ACCOUNTS BEING PAID UP and that he would make sure they are now closed and cancelled. My Daughter Charlene EMPHASIZED SEVERAL TIMES TO THIS MAN THAT SHE IS VISITING US IN SOUTH AFRICA AND IS LEAVING AGAIN FOR BELGIUM ON THE 22 OF October and he PROMISED her she will not have any problems. At the beginning of November Vodacom AGAIN TOOK THE FULL AMOUNT FROM HER BANK ACCOUNT R658 ODD RAND . I went to the Eastpoint Vodashop and spoke again with Ruchane he checked on the Computer and told me that cell no 0795475656 was cancelled but not 0662001301 !!!!????? SERIOUSLY AFTER ALL MY DAUGHTER WENT THROUGH AND THIS IS ***** AND *****ING FROM CUSTOMERS IN THE FIRST DEGREE. I am informing you that Charlene has CANCELLED HER DEBIT ORDER TO STOP VODACOM *******LY *****ULENTLY TAKING ANY MORE MONEY FROM HER ACCOUNT. SEE ATTACHED COPIES OF PROOF AND FIX NOT JUST YOUR ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT'S BUT ALSO YOUR *********** CALL CENTRE AGENTS . Charmaine Monteiro Acting on behalf of Charlene Pieterse

BAD WORKMANSHIP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
We had a R12 000 rand Couch made to Order at Mr Price Home East Rand Boksburg. We waited 8 weeks for this Couch to be Delivered. Finally when it arrived and we opened the wrapping to check if all was in order (we bought 2 previous Couches that had to be returned because the one's base broke and the others foot was broken off ) We found that this R12 000 rand Couch had no BOLTS, no WASHERS and no Allen key to assemble the feet . We had to make a decision to either send back the Couch and wait another 8 weeks for another one OR run around to get BOLTS and WASHERS and a Allen key to assemble the feet. Customer service representative phoned me and she was sooo sorry for the inconvenience, she was going to phone me back and I knew that will not happen. So for everyone thinking to order a Couch from them make very sure that you check your delivery . My husband has vowed Never to buy anything from them on order again.

PAYING FOR REPEATED PROGRAMS FOR 6 YEARS
DSTV is absolutely ridiculous. All the programs that are on air has been there for the last 6 years . We are watching REPEATS OVER REPEATS OVER REPEATS. It's so bad that we actually learning the lines of the programs . Absolutely NOTHING NEW !!!!!! We are paying for the same programs over and over . No wonder people are moving away from them. Will definitely seek other options.

Quality Disappointment
Bought a Single Chair for R4700 from Mr Price Home Boksburg the Quality is very disappointing. The chair sags and it squeaks when you sit and get up . We also ordered a 3 seater Couch to be made for R12 000 i am now really concerned about the quality seeing that the single couch is not worth the money . Really disappointed!!

Still waiting for them to contact me regarding Tracking Device for my vehicle. The consultant that helped me did not mention a Tracking Device but I am concerned because I am not sure if he forgot to mention it. I left several messages to be contacted regarding this .
