The original company is an international company. They were unaware of the fact that their logo and concept was used to generate this scam. Please warn others. Many people lost a lot of money. The website doesn’t even exist anymore.
It was a struggle at first but, then Janelle gave me a call. She didn’t try to wangle a deal which would be best for the company but, a deal that was best for ME! Wow! Finally! Someone that listened to my needs and wanted to support me. Thank you! I have to admit. Nothing seemed to work out for me with this one. From the debi check mandate, to voucher codes to my order taking long to be delivered. Needles to say I wanted to cancel. I submitted my cancellation and received the call from Janelle. What a friendly and helpful woman! Not only did she really listen to what I said, she took all my queries into consideration, said I must please give them a call if anything goes wrong again or does not work. With help and support like this, I will support Isabella Garcia with a smile.
This is one of the best Spurs’ I have been to. They are always friendly, clean and helpful. The order is perfect every time, even when they are busy. They actually remember to bring you a butter knife with the butter and jam if you order breakfast. Even better! They always support the community!
Good day. Without consenting my fiancé, I took out a personal loan. We both thought it best to cancel the loan. You are allowed to cancel within a few days. I paid back the full loan amount and was told that the initiation fee will be canceled as well. I was not told that I had to use a certain reference code when I do the reversal. The money was then paid back into my account again. I went to the bank, with the help of a very helpful lady we phoned FNB again and the money was reversed into FNB’s account again, again with the promise that the initiation fee will be canceled within 5 to 7 working days. Two weeks went by and still no cancellation. Best of all, they even deducted money from my account! I phone again. This time I am told that they are on a back log and my money will be paid back and the initiation fee canceled within 5 to 7 working days. More that 7 days pass, no money put back and no cancellation AND a notice of how much money will be deducted the next month! I honestly have waited and been patient for way more than 5 to 7 working days.
I accidentally paid too much money to Vodacom for my monthly installment. I phoned customer care and they said I should e-mail the proof of payment to ********** I did so and also sent follow up mails. Never heard anything from them. I did not even receive reference number, SMS or mail to say they have received my mail. I phoned again. They checked to see if they have received the proof of payment yet. This was seven days later - and..NO they do not even have the proof of payment. I had to send it again and also send it to their legal collections department. I made the payment on 29 January. I simply requested that they pay back what I paid extra. Today is 13 February. Despite my mails and phone calls I have not received any answer or response from Vodacom. I could not pay my rent or medical aid. Yes, it was my mistake but it has been so long and why can't they just respond?
