I need assistance cancelling my expired cell c account. I’ve called to cancel on 3 separate months but I’m still being debited. The call was made on reference 1909020000612243 with Nataly from the retention department. Cell C please assist
I'm following up an an order placed on Black Friday last year where the 30 % discount wasn’t applied. This is linked to order 7180. I’ve been in touch with Yumnah and she hasn’t responded since the 9 of Jan. I purchased a wall stand for an amount of R 2,236.00 whereas you currently selling the unit for R 1895.00. Could you please provide a refund, whats due to me.
We dealt with an employer of the company by the name of Bradley Diedericks. He provided a pro forma invoice with an account number ( ********** 3361, Standard Bank, Savings) which i had to make payment against. I made payment and once payment was made he then mentioned that the account number was incorrect and provide a different account number starting with 465. Please stay away from the company as it seems to be a fraudlent company and i have lost R 140 000.
Hi Prime I'm dissapointed by your turn around time & professionalism on my specific claim. i've filled a claim with claim number CL ********** 49 for an accident that took place on the 28 June 2018. There is little to no complexity on such a claim and yet its taking more 42 days and your internal team hasn't even made a decision on the way forward. Secondly, I've had to plead with you assessing team to come out to asses my car after having explained to the the extent of the damage; should you team not have the competence required to know when assesments are required ? They missed appointments on two occasions after i had to miss work and arrange transportation to get me home during working hours. The assessment finally took place but even then the originally appointed assessor didn't show up and another assesor had to come on his behalf 40 minutes later. Thirdly, non of the information being sourced from third parties is being validated with me "your client" but this is the very same information that will be used for processing the claim. My only ask is that you work with a sense of urgency, in a logical manner and apply diligence and professionalism. Please do note i'm currently hiring a car and the longer the claim takes the more i pay. Could you please advise on timings for closing out my claim. Kind Regards
