Terrible customer service after the sale. They do not honour on their warranties, and Wendy is all but hopeless in helping with any issues. I would not recommend this company to anyone. 3 months have passed with no feedback on my issue, after about 10 emails and 15 phone calls. Buy from a more reputable company for piece of mind if an expensive product becomes faulty down the line.

Poor delivery service and after sales. They sent me an extra frame (which they didn't know about and worth R10k). I told them they made a mistake and I still had to jump through hoops to get it back to them... Not even a thank you.

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service I received from Desk Stand. Last week, I bought a TekDesk v2.0 Standing Desk in a custom size of 240x120. However, when it was delivered, I realized it was larger than I had anticipated. Even though I had requested this size, I immediately contacted their sales support to discuss returning it for a smaller size. To my dismay, I was informed that because it was made to my specifications, it was not eligible for return. While I understand that this information was stated on their website, I explained to the representative that I didn't want a refund, just a slightly smaller desk. Instead of offering a reasonable solution, the representative initially declined my request. It was only after 30 minutes that she responded saying they would be willing to cut it for me, but at an additional cost of R850, excluding collection and delivery fees. I find it baffling that I am being asked to pay R850 when the extra customization for the larger size was only R800. Regardless of my oversight in checking their return policy, I believe they could have been more accommodating, especially since the size I purchased was explicitly advertised as "customizable." Why can't they allow a return if they offer this size as an option? The sales consultant was quick to request payment for the cutting service, but when it came to providing customer service, she was unhelpful. Furthermore, I did not receive any warranty certificate, which adds to my disappointment in their overall customer service. As a result of this experience, I have decided not to make any future purchases from them.

So this is how it works, Deskstand only cares about it big suppliers like Takealot. Dont waist you time ordering direct because their website has no stock management to tell you that they have on stock to ship to you. then when you contact them for help to enquire where you order is because you mate that ordered the same day as you got his 3 days later and that you have been waiting for 2 weeks and don't even have an order update, you get fed ****. Don't buy direct these clowns have no clue of how to service a customer .

Worst company to deal with. Bought an A-Stand from them in December. Product is defective and they refuse to rectify the matter. The owner refuse to take phone calls after leaving him 10+ messages. This after being a loyal customer for over three years.

I subscribed to their mailing list and on 29 and 30 Oct they spammed me with 5 emails about their 30% off special. It worked and I ordered a desk that was listed with "Stock Just Arrived!" and "Delivery Time 5 working days". Then for the next 2 days after that they continued to spam me with another 5 emails. I complained and that stopped. It is now 7 days later (5 working days), and my R12000 desk is nowhere to be seen. Logging in to the website shows it as "Unfulfilled". Typical rubbish service that I've become accustomed to from so many South African companies.

No communication on status of shipment even though it has been almost two weeks and the shipment was returned to the depot (dfound this out by tracking it on the courier website). Also returned one item and have not been refunded and have had to follow up continuously to get feedback from them.

I'm following up an an order placed on Black Friday last year where the 30 % discount wasn’t applied. This is linked to order 7180. I’ve been in touch with Yumnah and she hasn’t responded since the 9 of Jan. I purchased a wall stand for an amount of R 2,236.00 whereas you currently selling the unit for R 1895.00. Could you please provide a refund, whats due to me.
