I bought my vehicle HYUNDAI CRETA 1.5 EXECUTIVE IVT in April 2023 from Hyundai Harbour View.. I have complained several times that the towbar is too close the the exhaust, this makes a noise on incline.. My last service I also complained & also contacted Hyundai SA on their FB page.. No response...
Terrible service... I am waiting for service since 11 October.. Calling customer service.. Promising to come but still did not..
I am waiting from beginning ofApril for my claim... I was told to send pictures as it was not good enough.. Then I was told to send checklist. At no given time was i told my cover was due to expire end of april. I have been calling & emailing.. No reaponses.. Called now 24 June the lady said they closed, took my details & cut me off.. Very disappointed with the service received... Even emailed the supervisor supervisor to contact me.. No response.. Very disappointed... Sent from my Huawei Phone - Fozia 🌸
Excellent Service by the staff & hospital. Made me feel so comfortable. No excesses or high bills. What a pleasure to stay as the food, care & comfort is needed when unwell. Thank u to the special staff.
Hyundai Durban Central. Bought the new HYUNDAI CRETA 1.5 EXECUTIVE IVT (2023) in April. Last month the silver bar from the roof flew out on the drivers side. Alerted my salesperson. Took it to their other branch @ Harbour View. They said 1st time this has ever happened & warranty does not cover. Almost a 500 000 car & they refusing to get back to me. I'm so upset as I have been a loyal Hyundai buyer upgrading for the last 13 years I'm driving with only Hyundai vehicles.
I bought a 3 piece travel set in april. They had an offer buy 2 items the 2nd item will be R5, so I bought 2. When the item was delivered the 2nd set was incomplete... only 2 item were in that 3 piece set. I have been liasing with Foschini online from april to date.... not resolved. All I asked was for the complete set to be sent to me & the incompleted to be uplifted.
I recently took 2 of my vehicles 2 trade in 4 a new or demo model. 1 vehicle was still under finance the other freehold. The salesperson took the financed vehicle & promised 2 settle it with the bank. The freehold vehicle was with me until I received my newer vehicle. The salesperson kept the financed vehicle & advised that i need not worry 2 pay installment due 2 settlement. Vehicle was kept for 3 wks. Keps msging, calling & whatsapping this guy. He promised 2 sort out on numerous tyms. Never brot new vehicle 4 test drive altho we asked daily. Last call 2 him went 2 Voicemail so I called the dealer only 2 b told that he is on leave & vehicle I was supposed 2 buy was sold. Went 2 dealership 2 sort. They r so busy they really dont don't need my sale that explains y I got treated so bad.... Now the financed vehicle he told me not 2 pay the installment is due.... pathetic service. Called 4 dealer Principal only 2 b told he is in meetings... several times. Spoke 2 other ppl... they say lets move on & try 2 do another deal. Now my financed vehicles battery is problematic... all the petrol, call, wear & year costs... who answers .... no1 cos they don't care...
