Please be aware of clientele when taking policies I gave two hospital cash back policies with them and in my policy documents it says after 5 years you get premiums back but I have reached over 5 years and I called 4 times already and each consultant gave me a different story so now it seems fair to.contact devi sankaree govender so that she can investigate as well as getting legal help because they debit my premiums on time but failed to pay me wen I am due payment and I have it in writing, when they sell you policies thwy are very friendly but when its time to pay they give you excuses, did anyone else experience this pathetic service
I have purchased quite q few items from pick n pay verulam and hyper by the sea and ive noticed their products to be of very poor quality I have pictures of these items and if anyone wants to see them can contact me please dont waste your money this company Clearly doesn't care about customer satisfaction as ive logged a complaint in October and spoke to over 8 people who haven't returned my call they can request the recordings of all calls as I am taking up this matter I cannot be spending money on items with worms in them very poor service and unsatisfactory products that need to be in a bin is being sold.
I had yet another bad experience I had sent through pics of products I purchased and was told to take it back to the store, the last time I took something back for a refund the covid excuse came up, foodlovers market especially the la lucia branch is really slacking off well this time it was fruit, im no longer going to support these stores waste of time and money
I posted a review a while back with regards to my bad experience at foodlovers la lucia and ballito and got a reply saying I would be called back to date im still.waiting for that call, so guys why support stores like this, they clearly could care less about customer satisfaction
If I could rate you I would give you guys a minus zero, im a regular at your stores and to date your products have been disappointing in so many ways, this time it was the fish I bought pink salmon for over 300 rands and when I opened the package it made me gag its was really fishy skin was slimy and the meat sticky I then sent it through with another family member and your staff refused to refund due to covid, the last time your sausages were sour I didnt complain, fruit are brown on the inside as if they were previously frozen, flies sit on your baked goods do you guys even care about customer satisfaction pr just making money out of us your things are expensive we expect quality and friendly staff, not stubborn people who think they doing us a favor
If I could rate this I would give it a -0, I always purchase these products but I had a problem with the meebos it had something like a stone in it which broke the filling in my tooth, I tried contacting them several times but it was a waste of my time they clearly dont care about customer satisfaction so eventually after a few months someone did call and asked me what do I want from them because I had told them that I had already paid my dentist bill, so she sent me voucher with a wi code but when I got to the store the voucher was not valid, the cashier at shoprite even took a picture of her screen to show me it was declining so why offer reimbur*****t if you want to send defective codes which causes more embarrassment than anything else, so please be aware when buying safari products because when you have a problem nothing will be done and you will be waiting forever, I couldn't leave my tooth that way so I had to pay for someone elses mistake.I even messaged on Facebook messenger I was keep getting messages saying they would call so im still waiting....
I would rate Woolworths a zero if I could I have, I purchased quite a few items that were expired I tried contacting them for months they keep telling me someone is going to call and to date no one has, they clearly dont care about customer satisfaction, so ive decided to not support them any longer so when you purchase your items please check the dates instead of wasting your money
Fishaways umgeni road has the worst staff, stubborn as hell why on earth do people employ individuals who are not happy to do their job, and terrible food i had purchased a meal recently that took so long to get even though i used the drive thru and me assuming that it took so long because the food would have been freshly prepared but unfortunately not the fish had scales and the calamari was like rubber ive never seen calamari that looked and tasted so bad i had pictures of my meal i contacted the store via messenger and i got called back by the owner who apologised but couldnt refund me because i didnt bring the meal back i live far away travelling back to the store would have costed me more than that ****py food they serve, we pay for food and we expect quality when we complain we are not looking for a free meal we are making you are aware of the quality of the food you should be serving if you do things right the first time there wont be a need for us to complain, please catch a wake up umgeni road fishaways
****py service at game gateway i purchased a freezer today i had to wait over an hour for assistance, every sales person refused to help but were more interested in making stories with other co workers when i finally did find someone to assist it was to late for me to fetch my item because the warehouse was closed of they dont want our business they should just tell us, game gateway always has issues, they had 3 cashiers and a line that was extremely long when we asked why cant they put more cashiers the lady said their superior said they cannot do that so the customers must suffer this is highly unacceptable, i dont think i will be doing business with this branch again..
Please becareful when buying products from safari i purchased meebos and something hard in it broke the filling in my tooth i sent a message through on messenger and i was told someone would call but over a month later no call so clearly they dont care but thank god i could afford to fix my tooth but i will not buy this product anymore they clearly dont care about customer satisfaction so before you decide to buy anything from safari think twice
