I highly recommend dischem-GAP. Submitting a claim is very easy and the turnaround time is unmatched. I received payment a few days after my claim was processed
I changed my mind after my first debit order and requested a refund. To my surprise I was told they don’t offer cash refunds.. tell me how with my money?? A total abuse of consumer rights cause this was never mentioned prior.. not to mention how rude whoever called me to cancel was
Processing of claim is quite quick… my only and biggest disappointment currently is insurance claims to put me in exactly the same position I was in before loss. But currently that is not the case. Because the phone I had is not available I’m being offered a phone with 50% less storage than my previous one. That’s not exactly putting me in a position I was in before. Also considering my insured amount plus access. It’s not my fault my previous phone is unavailable. We all know phones are prised based on storage. The phones they are offering me cost less than my insured amount in the market currently.. and a phone with similar storage to my previous is currently only R300 more than my insured amount. If it’s not available it should be sourced. Insurance should benefit both parties and not just one…
Capitec has this annoying tendency of declining transactions saying limit exceeded even when i haven’t swiped for that day. No matter how much I adjust my limits it’ll still decline and it’s just embarrassing when standing in a que.. this usually happens month end.. and charges every time. Please find a way to fix this
Last week Tuesday I was stuck on the freeway.. called king price for roadside assistance and spoke to Kimone. Her assistance was very prompt and the first thing she asked was ma’am are you safe where you are? While waiting for the tow truck she kept calling to check on me and keep me updated. It’s good to know that I have a reliable insurance when I need assistance
Trying to purchase something using vodabucks on the vodapay app is impossible.. these vodabucks are a scam cause they are just sitting there waiting to expire 🙄. A week later I’m still not getting assistance
Exactly who can assist me with vodabucks query? I tried purchasing items via the VodaPay on the vodabucks tab. There was a connection issue therefore payment didn’t go through. Resulting in the order being cancelled but my vodabucks not being refunded. I’ve spoken to 3 consultants from vodapay who can’t seem to help. They’ve either attempted to transfer my call (which just gets dropped) or given me the 082 135 number to call which doesn’t even give me an option to speak to a consultant. One of the Vodapay consultants said they’d refund in 24 hours but still nothing
Funny how when Vodacom wants you to take up their products they are so quick. But when you encounter problems they take forever to respond. My fibre line was down for over a week and I was told I’d get a refund for the days it was down. That was on the 19th of October and to date I’m still waiting. I’ve made numerous calls and quite frankly I’m tired now. Please refund my money. Sooner rather than later. 19 October I spoke to Sinobomi. 26 October spoke to Palesa. 7 November spoke to Charity who told me my ticket holder’s name is Wendy. Who said I’d be credited yesterday if not she’ll give me a call yesterday. I’m still waiting.. I’m the one who’s always supposed to check what’s happening and clearly from 19 October there’s been no way forward. You can do better than this really. My ticket number is : Service request SR221019-431429
Your service is impeccable… placed an order with you and it was shipped within an hour.. I’ll definitely be recommending you to friends and family. I’m beyond happy with my purchase
I bought on the Carrol Boyes website for the first time last week… got my order yesterday and I’m extremely happy. The pieces are more beautiful in person. Will definitely be making more purchases
