# Bag House - I bought a Cotton Road Handbag from Bag House. Not even a month and a half the straps of the Handbag is tearing out of the Material. Took the Handbag, back to the shop # Bag House, to my surprise the Shop Owner did not even care about the broken Handbag. No exchange, no refund nothing. So I paid alot of money for this Handbag, a Handbag which I cannot even use. What a disappointing experience.
I have had my no ********** since I received my first cell phone. It was always vodacom and prepaid. But for some reason unknown it was switched from vodacom to RMCS. I'm not even aware who RMCS and how my no was switched to them. I picked this up when I called vodacom last year to assist me with a problem. It is now August 2018 and I'm still at RMCS. On Monday 13 August 2018 I called RMCS to block my sim and phone. As it was stolen. But still today it is not blocked. I was told I would get a form from them to fill in. It is now 6 days. My ref no: ********** 689704. On the 15th of August 2018 I went to a vodacom store for a sim swap again they told me that they cannot do it because I'm under a contract at RMCS. They told me to go to the Edgars store. The lady at Edgars called RMCS. And enquired what was happening. She said their system is off and cannot check the ref of the previous calls. We spoke to Pundile and she gave her name as an ref no. I asked her how long it will take before they switch my sim and no back to vodacom. She said 48 hrs. Nothing yet has changed and i am still at RMCS. You where so quick to take my no and sim to RMCS. But you cannot even assist me with one problem. This is the absolute worst experience I've had with a Call Centre. Not even one of my request have been handled by you. 15/8/218 Pundile said my request will take 24 hours to 48 hours. So when I called again today Ref no: ********** 693038 I was told it would take 3 to 6 working days. What a disgrace. People working at your call centre does not even speak the same language Please tell me what do I have to do to get my sim and no switched back to vodacom. This is urgent and i cannot wait for some one to do their work. Because one person says this and the other a difrent story. I don't care if your system is off you switch me from vodacom to RMCS. So now switch me back. So vodacom can assist me with what you cannot. It's now n week and not one single person at RMCS has assisted me. Ref no after ref no. What kind off business do you run????
