I did a biggish Online order, and it was delivered within 3 hours! How wonderful if this is a regular thing. One thing - your ESSENTIAL vitamins. The bottles are way way to big for the contents - a waste of plastic. And also the foil on the top is incredibly difficult to get into. One has to use scissors.
Their online delivery service is great! Their after delivery call centre is beyond dreadful. I received a delivery on Saturdy 22 March. 3 things missing. I emailed their online call centre immediately. No reply. I remained them on Tuesday 25March. Nothing. On Wednesday 26, I messaged on Facebook and phoned 0860303030 and held on for 7 minutes - Unanswered. Then I received both an SMS and an Email saying query closed as resolved. Anyone with some other way to get through the brick wall surrounding their Online Call Centre. So frustrating and pathetic service.
Can never get hold of someone to help. Should be working over weekend. I have fibre working on Phones and laptop, but since Tuesday 10th I cannot stream TV without buffering - at all times of the day, not only peak.
My message to them on FB - after many many times of trying to get a solution to the buffering that is occurring on International streaming - not only at peak time, at any time of night or day: "So you can't even keep your own appointments you make. You are a laughing stock. MWB28846148 Pathetic First you cost me nearly 2 hours in Airtime. Then your 'technical " person takes my internet down and I have to pay for an IT person to come in. AND now I change my evening around to take a call that YOU made an appointment for. And nothing Beyond disgusted.

My pups love their Beeno treats, but in January 2023 I found a piece of wire with green plastic coating in a Beeno shape. I have sent a photo of the packet and the wire to their head office, but as yet am still waiting for a reply. I see on reviews here that Beeno is not fond of answering complaints. Bit shabby to treat your customers like this.
I had to change goods at Tafelberg Furnishers Northgate Cape Town. What wonderful help from Peter Philander. Truly a great guy and an asset to your company. Turned what could have been an awful experience into a pleasant one. Thanks so much for your help, Peter.
On 26th February I wrote a review here on Hellopeter. Dial Direct was quick to come back to say that they were escalating my query and a consultant would be in touch with me. I just wonder if they mean this year? They do have my phone number as it is listed on additional info below.
Although I must say - their consultants are top-notch - I have just received a 21.5% increase in my premium. I phoned but no one can do anything! 21.5% and I cannot even remember when my last claim was.....probably 7 or 8 years ago. Ridiculous I think.
