I was only able to do my monthly shopping this Sunday and had 2 crates of returnable bottles and when I got there I got treated as if I was crazy as I should know that they don't take returns on a Sunday. I have only done the returns once before and if they had not have pointed the sign out today I would never have known. The sign is above the exit which is not in your view. So I asked for the manager to ask if they could make an exception for today. To which I was told we can't help you those are the rules and he would be fired if he helped me. So I asked for the Owners. Two gentleman with the surname Kahn came down and further refused. I explained that I had never seen the sign before and asked for just today yo assist So I asked them why do you do this - to find out that they were not prepared to pay for a staff member to do those returns on a Sunday. So Mr Kahn I hope that it was worthwhile to stick to your rules instead of actually helping the Public that have supported you for years. When money becomes more important than helping your customer it becomes clear that the way you do business is not for the public but to line your pockets. I will never support you again. The amount of time you and your staff stood arguing with me you could have given me the refund for the returns. I am also a business owner so for me I cannot equate how what happened today remotely makes business sense.

Woolies Dash - does not work
I tried utilising Woolies Dash. I placed an order it deducted my money from my card however 24 hours later I still do not have my order. When I called yesterday I was told there was a problem with the app and so I cannot be given an order number. No communication thereafter. I have called I have logged a query and nothing is resolved. If you cannot stick to your commitment to respond within 2 hours of your query it does not give me any confidence in that you will deliver within 60 minutes. I finally resorted to asking for a refund and still no response. I am fed up of trying to get my money back from Woolies Dash.

Shocking to say the least
Absolutely shocking to say the least. I have been a TymeBank Customer for almost 2 years now and my salary is paid into this account. My entire family have an account with TymeBank and I have referred so many friends to Tymebank. I attempted to go into my mobil app to transfer money to my Husband and my profile was immediately blocked. When I phoned the Call centre they say it will take 48 hours for someone to call me. So in the interim it is ok for my family and I not to have access to funds which are in my account and not bee able to live on a daily basis because it is their procedure. NOT ACCEPTABLE Tyme Bank. The excuses are not acceptable. I am absolutely shocked on the lack of assistance.

Not Great
Not a great company to deal with in my opinion. Promise the world but does not deliver. My pool still not finished and I have paid R60 000. What was promised to only take 10 days has now become almost 2 months. They deal with a whole bunch of sub-contractors which is not disclosed upfront. Sales pitch is great but service delivery horrible. I would not recommend them at all.

Not receiving SMS's
I am absolutely so frustrated. I am a prepaid Telkom Mobile client. I have not been receiving any sms's since 16 August 2018. I get told that Telkom is busy upgrading that might be the problem but at this stage there is no reason that I should not be getting sms's. I am told to dial #330*0000# but it keeps on coming up with an error code. This is turning into a nightmare as I cannot do any banking as I need my one time pin which is sms'ed to me and I am not receiving any of my SMS's. How can I be receiving sms's perfectly and then nothing. I need this to be sorted out as a matter of urgency.
