BUY A JEEP IN SOUTH AFRICA AT OWN RISK< WHAT AN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CAR TO OWN IF YOU ARE EVER GOING TO NEED TO GET IT FIXED. I have been without a car for 3 months because JEEP does not have parts and back order does not have ETA's and if they do the ETA's move. I am going to go into a 4th month without a car i am paying for every month without curtesy car. I HATE JEEP, i wish they could take their nonsense vehicle because i am paying for nothing at this point. DO NOT BUY JEEP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i bought 2 bus tickets fro computicket this morning. both amounts were successfully paid but i never recieved the tickets. I have called about 8 times today with no assistance. i am absolutely disgusted by the incompetence, and i want my money back
Please don't buy from cielo. I am disgusted and wish I had known better before spending my hard earned money on this shop. I Am firstly mind blown at the fact that there are people who order well after me who have received their orders already. I am now sitting on 2 months and 15 days waiting for an order. The whole of last week cielo and ITT transport have given me the run around about my delivery. The lack of customer care is completely disgusting. I was promised delivery by today and guess what?! I don't have a delivery today.. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON CIELO
I have just had the worst call center experience of my life with a rude Discovery insure consultant Dakalo Sikwivhilu. Firstly my call was about the fact that discovery has again increased my premium for no particular reason especially given the fact that i have not claimed since 2016 February. when i called this consultant said to me that discovery does not decrease premiums based on car value decrease or claim history simply because they don't! i asked him if that is the way he speaks to clients and with a sarcastic tone he proceeded to repeat himself and say we do not decrease premiums because we increase them. I know for a fact that when you speak to a customer you give them more than a sarcastic and rude answer when they are frustrated with increasing premiums for no reason. I have found a new insurance and am gladly going to leave discovery. I will not be treated like **** as a customer and be fine with it. Thanks Bye!
