Ask for an invoice for outstanding fines, get immediately on e-mail with reference number to pay. I recommend FINES SA to everybody. Easy to register on their WEB site. I recently was contacted online to upgrade my cellphone contract. Promise that new phone come with a watch what i wanted to use for my weekly sport activity BUT WATCH never received. When i contacted MTN just blandly told me out of stock. Forwarded e-mails to MTN customer services and MTN complaints. More than a week now - nobody at MTN came back with a offer or solution or will send me one when they get stock again. Please guys do not re-new your contract online where they offer you freebies but when receiving phone, NO freebies. Rather go into store where you can have a proper look at the phone you are interested in.

My daughter was involved in an accident with one of King Price customers. The person was the culprit and admitted it. Damages to daughters car +- R 50.000.00. Person insured with King Price at least R 80.000.00. King Price refuses to pay for the damages to my daughters car. She was even told by lady working at King Price use secondhand parts to fix her car over the phone. They told my daughter they only going to pay R 20.000.00 . Not repairing the car. Now they came back and offer only something like R 13.000.00 . What the hell. They was to pay already but nothing . Now they turn around and say that the car is registered in her maiden name not in her married surname. The ID number stays the same. Car papers still at the bank . How can she change anything on that papers if still at the bank. One thing for sure stay away from KING PRICE INSURANCE. I will recommend Out Surance or who ever you believe in but KING PRICE- Useless - Communication rude and arrogant from them. BIG STAY AWAY FROM THEM
Mansfield Property Solutions are not a reliable agent to assist with property rentals etc. Money sources is mishandled by them causing that special levies always had to be put in place and paid to recover losses of this mishandling of money sources . Especially when it comes to manage complexes. Please stay far away from them. They are just out to make money and not act on the clients or owners interest.
This company is a bully . Can not be trusted as a property controlled agent . Don't know how to run a complex with units . Do not communicate with owners properly and ensure changes to be made or things to be paid owners approved . Do their own thing and owners sit with the cost and lost of money. Please do not make use of them.
Hello Peter Company Executive Frames Aluminium & Glass owned by Wentzel Geyer . Address : Piet Rautenbach 24A - Brits Industrial Area . December 2018 above company fitted glass panels in our new reception area. Short after fitting some of the glass panels started cracking . We phoned Wentzel and it take him a while to replace but accept one big glass panel. It is August 2019 , 8 month's later and still not replaced. Not answering his phone , whattsapp's , sms's . When you do get hold of him only empty promises. It is just , poor service , bad workmanship , ignore customer , excuses. The list go on and on. We cannot advise anybody to make use of this company , you will have a headache after headache trying to get quality work done . No aftercare at all.Poor workmanship
I recently had a complaint about it took 4 days to increase fuel limit on garage card. I was contacted by Nedbank today regarding my complaint and the lady informed me why it took a while to increase. The department I have sent it to have a period of up to 5 days before in-crease on card limit is implemented. I was told now as a company we have a dedicated person at Nedbank that I must always remember to contact and she/he will speed up the whole process. I just want to thank Nedbank for the positive feedback and the way it is resolved , giving us information how to proceed in future. In future I am sure it will not happen again. Thank You NEDBANK
